Chapter 50

Kale's POV

This will be our first full day here in Maldives and I can already see how excited Yvaine is. She was dancing and humming her favorite song while lurking around our hotel room. She's done fixing her outfit. First time nga na mabilis siyang gumalaw sa mga lakad namin. Usually kasi ako yung naghihintay sakanya.

"Baby, yung emerald green na polo shirt na kasi! Para matchy matchy tayo" pamimilit niya habang pumipili ako ng masusuot sa mfa nakahanger.

I looked at her green flowy sun dress which she matched with a gladiator sandals, black sunglasses and a white headband. She looks amazing and nakakahiya naman kung hindi din ako mag eeffort sa susuotin ko.

"Oo na, oo na!" natatawang sabi ko.

"Yay! Thank you!" nag flying kiss siya saakin bago bumalik sa labas.

She was enjoying herself by watching the water under our room. She even told me that she likes to swim there later. Sino ba naman ako para hindi siya pagbigyan diba?

"Come on baby, mauubusan na tayo ng breakfast" hinila ko siya sa kamay.

She pulled me back, "Mirror selfie muna baby!"

Hinila ko siya sa baywang at seryosong tumingin sa salamin. We did multiple poses and Yvaine was happy about it.

"So pogi naman, my baby..." she giggled while her phone's directed to my face.

"Baby, ang energetic mo" puna ko.

The moment we woke up earlier, she was already this energetic. I was expecting her to be lazy and tired because of what we did last night but I was wrong.

"Siyempre nadiligan eh," she murmured but I absolutely heard it.

Pagpasok namin sa mismong hotel ay dumiretso agad kami sa dining kung saan ang buffet. We were assisted by some of the staffs. They did some overview of the menu before leaving us to have our privacy.

"We can request to them pala baby if we wanted a dinner from the beach. I saw some people kagabi sa gilid ng dagat, it looked fun. I want to try" aniya habang kumukuha kami ng mga pagkain namin.

"Yes, we can try that baby..."

Habang kumakain kami ay hindi ko maiwasang punain si Yvaine. She's been so energetic since we came here and I'm not complaining at all. It just means that she really likes the place.

"Aside from Maldives baby, what country would you love to visit?" I curiously asked.

Honestly, I've never asked her this question. I only knew she wants to go to Maldives for our honeymoon but other than that I'm not aware of what country does she want to visit. Or what weather does she prefer.

Napaisip siya, "Anywhere as long as I'm with you..."

My heart melted with what she have said. Siguro kaya niya yun nasabi ay kuntento na siya. Ang importante nalang kasi saaming dalawa ay matapos ang bahay namin, makapag ipon at magkaroon ng anak. I'm really excited for her to become a mom. I remember her telling me before that she doesn't want to bear a child until I've made her think the other way around. It's fun to have kids when you're both committed to parenting. Hindi puwedeng wala kang family planning ngayon, mahal na ang mga bilihin at expenses dadagdag ka pa ba?

"Can we get an update sa construction sa bahay natin baby?" she asked me.

Tangina! I really can't believe we're talking about building our own family now. Hindi pa din ako magsasawang tanungin ang sarili ko kung totoo ba 'to o hindi. If it was a dream, I'd probably not wake up anymore. I want to live in it.
