I walked into my bedroom and looked at the clock, 12:20 am. “What should we do?” I asked Scott and Stiles as they walked in behind me.
“We need to tell your dad.” Scott said closing the door.
“Tell him what exactly?” Stiles asked. “That Jackson's the one doing the murders, but he doesn’t know because Matt’s making him. Might be a little hard to convince.” I nodded agreeing with Stiles.
“Okay, we tell him it was all Matt.” I crossed my arms and there was a concerned look passed between my brother and I. “We have to do something. So either we tell your dad, or we try to stop Matt. But from what Derek's told me the only way to do that is to kill him.”
“We’re not killing him.” I said sternly. I looked to Stiles and he slowly nodded.
“Fine, we’ll tell him it was all Matt. Let’s go to my room, I have some things that might be able to help prove it.” Stiles agreed.
“What about Derek, Shouldn’t we be worried that he’s not answering his phone?” Scott asked as we were about to leave the room.
“No, It’s the full moon remember. He’s probably busy with Isaac, Erica and Boyd. I’m sure there’s nothing to worry about.”
After about 15 minutes of getting dad into Stiles’ room and explaining it was Matt he sighed and folded his arms. “So this kids the real killer?” He said looking at the picture in the year book.
“Yeah.” Stiles breathed and turned in his chair to face my dad.
“No.” I looked at Scott confused.
“Yes.”
“No.” He said more sternly this time. Stiles jumped of his chair.
“Yes. Dad everyone knows the police look for way to connect victims in a murder. Okay so all he had to do was look through his transcripts and figure out what class they all had in common.” Stiles said quickly.
“Yeah except the rave victim Kara, wasn’t in Harris’s class.” He pointed out.
“Oh yeah your right, so I guess they dropped the charges against him?” Stiles said sarcastically. My dad thought for a moment.
“No, you know what they’re not dropping the charges, But that doesn’t prove anything.” Stiles looked to me for help. I opened my mouth. “Scott, do you believe any of this?” He asked stopping me from talking.
“It’s really hard to explain how we know this, but you just have to trust us. We know its Matt.” Scott defended.
“He used Harris’s car to frame him.” I started. “He knew that if the cops found tyre tracks and enough of the victims were in Harris’s class they’d arrest him.” I said voicing my theory.
