Chapter 6.

It's about two weeks later and you Hunter grown to be close friends in the Emperor's Coven. And Luz and you started to become friends too, along with Gus, Willow and Amity.

And your magic is started to become more controllable with the staff now. But you were still nervous about it, since your whole life you were taught to be.

You woke up, changed into your uniform and headed out the door with your staff, this time the golden guard was standing outside your door.

"Hi~."

You just rolled your eyes. "Why am I even surprised?"

"I'm very unpredictable I suppose."

"Yeah, very." You smiled from behind your mask.

"Anyways, today we're gonna catch a lot criminals today. If we get there now, we'll be able to finish early."

"Alright, sounds good."

You both teleported over to town, two scouts followed you both as you searched through town. It was much more less crowded then most days, so maybe the criminals would be easier to catch.

Hunter suddenly stopped. "There!" He pointed his staff at a group of three witches, a few feet away, and they as soon as they saw you all started running.

Immediately you teleport in front of them, and Hunter teleports to them from behind. One starts the shoot vines at you which you dodged.

Suddenly a vine hits you in the face and the staff fell out of your hand, the edge of your mask slightly dented.

A spark flared next to you.

You kicked them in the shins and bounded him in ropes then grabbed your staff. The scouts grabbed him, and you turned to see Hunter fighting the other two.

Immediately you join in, Hunter blasting one of them to you and you restrained her in ropes quickly.

"Hey what happened to your mask?" He asked as he teleported next to you and was still in the middle of fighting the last one.
They were making multiple copies of themselves to try to throw him off.

"Some idiot dented my mask with a vine, no big deal." You answered and teleported behind the illusionist, kicking them from behind and restrained them.

You turned them over to the scouts to deliver them to the Conformatorium, and you sigh.

"We got a bunch more to arrest, don't we?"

"Yep." Hunter sighed.

You went to a variety of towns doing the same thing; Seeing the fugitive, arresting them, then onto the one.

Finally, you captured the last one before calling it a day. You teleport back to the Emperor's palace, and you have the rest of the day off.

You get back to your room and fall onto the bed with exhaustion. You were still confused on how a day could be that long and tiring though.

You take off your mask, and see the dent made on it. The mask is not very damaged, but the dent was just about noticeable.

You make a circle spell and the dent disappears, leaving the mask as good as new.

You changed into something causal and laid down in your bed.

You suddenly got a notification from Penstagram, and realized it was from Luz.

Luz: I'm about to go to grom in two minutes, do you think Amity would like this???

'Wait, grom's today?'
