It was late at night and you didn't sleep well the last two days.

In fact, you didn't really sleep at all sometimes. And you felt like crap.

For some reason, you couldn't stop thinking about Hunter. You felt so sad that you left yet happy you're free, angry at him for not believing you but yet in the end emphasizing with him.

Everything was just really confusing for no reason. And you really hoped you and Hunter we still friends, because you cared about him a lot.

No matter how hard you tried to drift off, you tossed and turned every night even though you're exhausted. Last night wasn't really different, and you probably slept for about four hours at most.

But today you woke up to the sunlight beaming from your window and into your eyes and you groaned.

You got changed quickly, got a face mask (Eda wanted you to have one when you were in town alone), and walked out of your bedroom before you realized no one else was awake.

'Oh well.' You thought. 'Might as well head into town early today.'

You walked through Bonesborough and were originally going to the library when you saw two scouts a few feet away. Immediately you ducked behind a wall, and watched as they put a small griffin palisman into a cage in a wagon.

Immediately you charge at them, and risk a spell circle to create vines that held them to the ground. While they were disoriented you swiftly opened the cage and grabbed the palisman.

Then you released the Scouts from the vines and ran for your life. You ran from them for a bit until they got tired and went back to the wagon.

You got to an alley way and sighed with relief before gently setting the palisman on the ground. It titled it's head at you and squawked at you cutely before flying away.

That night you couldn't really sleep still, and it was just endless tossing and turning for awhile.

You looked over to your left and saw some of your books and belongings levitating. Finally you sighed and sat up as your stuff returned to the floor and your desk.

'Maybe I just need some fresh air.' You thought, before changing and going outside.

Another thing you kept thinking about was your staff. Hunter took it two days ago and now sparks were flickering around you more and more as time when by, probably because of the sleep deprivation.

You walked into the woods, breathing in the fresh air and listening to the calm breeze of the wind.

You hear a twig snap behind you and you turn around.

There was nothing there, beside broken pieces of a stick. You shrugged it off and kept walking. After walking for a bit, you find your self in a small clearing of trees and sat under one.

You hear rustling around you as a spark flickered next to you. "Who's there!?"

A figure then stepped out from behind a tree in front of you and you recognized it as Hunter, who was in his full uniform except for his mask.

"Hi, Y/N~."

"Why am I even surprised anymore?" You sighed. "But what do you want Hunter? I'm not in the mood to fight you."

"And I'm not here to fight. I just came to give you this." He pulled something out he had been hiding behind his back and saw it was your staff.

He tossed it over to you and you raised an eyebrow. "Why are you giving this back?"
