After eating, Claudia insisted on meeting with Soren. Lepidolite followed them.
Claudia: The princes' dad is dead, and you lied about it! They're our friends! It's wrong!
Soren: Look, all I know is I tried it your way. Using words, and you don't like the way that turned out. Maybe it's time for my way.
Soren slammed a balled up fist into an open palm.
Claudia: Please. Just give me one more day to convince them to leave with us. I'm going to rely on trust.
Soren tapped his chin.
Lepidolite recognized the look on his face immediately. It was the look he got whenever he was deep in thought.
Soren: You know what? I think trust building is a great idea.
Claudia: Glad you agree. I'm going to go talk to Callum.
Lepidolite: And I'm going to talk to Linopha.
