When Linopha went to see what the others were doing, she saw Soren helping Ezran and Zym onto a wooden swing attached to a line that led across a ravine.
Ezran: So you just zip across this line?
Soren: Exactly!
Ezran: What do you call this thing?
Soren: You mean the line? That you zip across? I call it the slidey-sling go-fast rope.
Ezran: That's a good name. Zym, this is your chance to see what flying feels like!
(Ezran zips down the line with Zym.)
Linopha: Hi Soren.
Soren: Hi.
Linopha looks around for Callum and Claudia, but they're nowhere to be seen.
Linopha: Where'd Callum and Claudia go?
Soren: Claudia went to talk to Callum, they're probably on a date somewhere.
Linopha: A date? That sure escalated quickly!
Ezran called down from below.
Ezran: We made it! We made it! We made it!
Ellis: My turn!
Ellis put a harness on Ava and attached it to the line.
Then she mounted Ava.
Ellis: Linopha! Do you want to come too?
Linopha: You mean with you? On Ava? Are you sure?
Ellis: Of course! There's room for both of us!
Linopha shrugged. Ellis helped her mount Ava.
Ellis: Okay, girl! Let's go!
Ava jumped off the ledge.
Ellis: YEAH! WOOHOO!
The wind felt great on Linopha's face, and the view was great too.
The line zipped them across, down to where Ezran was.
Soren called from above.
Soren: How was it?
Ezran: It was great! Thanks, Soren!
Ellis: Yeah! That was amazing!
Linopha didn't say anything, but she was just as happy as them.
But that evening, Callum and Claudia still hadn't come back.
