I Don't Do Disrespect (Marina)

Chapter 35

Carinas POV

We are leaving for the hospital now to drop off Kai, I originally wasn't going to go but Maya wanted me to, I know how she feels about her mom so I agreed

Kai was sad to have to leave Maya but he was excited to see his mom and baby sister, when we got to the hospital we took Kai inside, he was clinging to Maya and not wanting to be even an inch away from her

We did meet her mom in the lobby, Kai was still not wanting to let go of Maya though

"Kai.. you're going to go with grandma and see Mommy and Daddy" maya tells him and he sighs

"But I miss you and Rina" he pouts

"We'll see you soon" I tell him and he smiles,  I could see Mayas mom just staring at me but I shrugged it off

"See you soon?" Kai ask us and Maya smiles

"Yes... I promise" Maya tells him and he nods and allows Mayas mom to take him

After he was in her arms Maya and her just kind of looked at each other

"It's good to see you Maya" her mom says

"Yea... you too" Maya says and walks over to me and grabs my hand making me smile

"We should go... bye Kai" Maya tells them

"Bye bye Auntie Maya! Bye bye Rina!" Kai smiles

After we waved at Kai we both started to walk out of the hospital,

"You good?" I ask Maya and she nods

"Yes... just been a while since I have seen her, and I don't know what I was thinking" she tells me and squeezes my hand

"I love you" I tell her and she smiles and we both get into Mayas car

We drove back to her house and relaxed a little bit

"What are your Christmas plans?" Maya ask me as I lay in her lap

"Um I'm not sure; I think we just are having breakfast together and that's all I believe" I say and she nods and kisses my head, it always makes me happy when she does that

"What about you?" I ask her

"I'm going to see Andy for a little, other than that I'm free," she says and I smile

"Does that mean I get to come back over?" I ask and she laughs

"Mm yes, you can come back over" she smiles and I do the same and turn around in her lap to kiss her

"I missed having you to myself" I tell Maya and she smiles

I loved Kai here, he is cute and loves to cuddle but I missed being able to cuddle with Maya, and plus, I couldn't call her mommy with her nephew here... he would think we were crazy

"Mommy?" I smirk and she just chuckles and I move my hands to the bottom of her shirt

"Yes?" She questions and I just press my lips against hers

Break is over which means Maya is at work, I am still suspended so I didn't go, which I also didn't think through because Maya had texted me and asked why I wasn't in school this morning

I never answered her back, I don't want to lie to her but she is going to be pissed once she finds out I lied to begin with

We just had a great holiday together and I don't want to screw that up,

We spent Christmas Day together, I had gone home the day before but I was back by dinner on Christmas, it was just Maya and I all day

Nicole had texted and asked if we wanted to go to their house but Maya didn't want to, her mother and father were there and she knew Mason would be pissed and she just didn't want to see her dad

Meeting her mom at the hospital didn't even go well, I think she said only a few words to Maya.

I think it upset her a little at Christmas knowing she talked to her brother and nephew but couldn't see them on Christmas. We even went shopping and got Kai a bunch of presents, we got them to him a day after Christmas and he was more excited to see Maya rather than the presents

I know she was worried about having a relationship with Kai at first but I really do think she loves the little boy

But enough about that, school is almost out for the day and Maya told me earlier I could come over afterwards so that's exactly where I'm going

She didn't give me a time I could go over so I'm just going to leave my house around 3:30, which is in less than an hour

I'm so excited to be graduating in a few months too, then Maya and I don't have to hide our relationship from anyone. I'm not sure if my parents will accept me or not but by then I don't think it'll matter

I'll be just about 19, I have enough of my own money saved that they don't even know about so I should be good

Speaking of my own money, I really need  to work more, I haven't worked in almost two weeks. I don't have a set schedule, I can just show up whenever basically but we are supposed to work a few times a month at minimum,

I'll get that done soon, it wouldn't be bad to see jewels either, it's been too long

As soon as the clock hit 3:30 I was out of the house, I wanted to get to Mayas and spend more time with her. My need for her is starting to get unhealthy, she's all I think about all the time

I made it to Mayas just behind her, she was just getting out of her car when I got there

"Hi bambina!" I smile and quickly make my way over to her and she kissed me gently

"Hi, how was your day?" She ask me as she unlocks the front door so we could go in

"Boring, I just waited for you to get off basically all day" I chuckle and she does the same, putting all of her things away

"Ah, since you were ignoring my texts today, why weren't you in school?" She ask, sitting down at the kitchen table

Uh oh, I really don't want to tell her, I know she will be mad I lied about it to begin with

"Promise not to get mad?" I ask her and she just looks at me confused

"No I don't" she says and I sigh

"I may have gotten suspended before break and can't go back yet" I tell her and she just glares at me

"What did you do?" She ask coldly

"I slapped some guy for making rude comments to me." I tell her and she sighs, putting her head into her hands and rubbing her temples before standing up and walking over to me

"Are you mad?" I ask.. dumb question; I knew she was

"I'm not mad that you stood up for yourself, but, I am pissed that you lied to me to begin with. You know how I feel about that. Disrespect is my biggest rule, personal life and school life, lying straight to my face is disrespectful" she says Sharply and I nod, I was waiting for her to kick me out. But it never came

Instead she took my hand and led me to her room

"What are you doing?" I ask after she sits on the bed

"I'm going to punish you, not for getting suspended but for lying" she says and I just look at her skeptically, she can't be serious. I have asked her to so many times and she never has.

"What are you going to do?" I ask, again, dumb question, I knew exactly what she wanted to do. She was going to spank me. But do I really want her to? Is that something I'm willing to give her control over?

Maya never answered my question, she just motioned for me to sit down instead

"Do I have your permission?"
