Mayas POV

"I have the results" the nurse says once she walks in and shuts the door

"There is no evidence of penetration or semen or spermicide in the vaginal canal, however we did find traces of semen along your inner thighs" she nurse begins and the officer from before comes into the room

"Hi Mrs.Deluca" she smiles

"The doctor wants to keep you overnight for observation since you lost consciousness due to the concussion" the nurse explains and Carina shakes her head

"No, I want to go home," she says and I sigh

"Rina" I say softly and she looks to me with tears

"Maya you promised, you said we could go home" she says and I nod

"Okay" I tell her and kiss the top of her head, anything to prevent her from being even more upset

"I'll bring your papers you'll need to sign" the nurse says and walks out

"The nurse went over results with you yes?" The officer ask and we nod

"Well, based off the bruises on your breast and eye we are going to say that this man had all intentions of rape. However he couldn't preform. It made him mad which is why we think he took it a step further with the bruising on your face" she explains

"Wait, you're saying he tried to rape her, ejaculated too soon which pissed him off so he hit her again?" I ask and the officers nods, I hope he dies, even if I have to hurt him myself

"Yes ma'am" she says

"And what are you doing to find him?" I ask

"We've pulled security tapes from the club and talked to the friend that is in the waiting room to get an ID. We are now trying to find him" she says and I nod

"Who was it?" Carina ask

"Your friend identified him as Johnathon Myers" she officers says

"I don't know who that is" Carina says

"She told us she has only seen him a few times and only knows his name because there was a problem two weeks ago" the officer says and Carina sighs

"We will find him" the officer says before walking out in the nurse walks back in

"Here are the papers, these are your discharge papers and this one says you are leaving against medical advice"
