"You look in the backpack and tell me if the things I list are inside." I say to Theo while giving him the black bag and sit down on the couch.

"Drinks?"

"Yes, two bottles of water."

"Something to eat?"

"Yes, strawberries, apples and 2 sandwiches."

"A bucket hat for you?"

"Yes, my favorite." T says with a smile and puts it on his head.

"Looks good T." I say.

"Do you need anything else? Do you need to go to the toilet before we drive to the park? Are you hungry?"

"Toilet." He says and runs towards the bathroom.

I close the backpack, take my duffle bag and turn of the lights in the living room.

I walk to the front door and put on my shoes. Theo comes running back and sits down on the small bench in the hallway.

"Finny? Do you think Arrie will like these?" Theo asks and holds up a pair of black Nikes.

This question, whether Harriet will like it or not, he had asked me today for everything.

Do you think Harriet will like my white shirt?

Do you think Harriet will like my shorts?

Do you think Harriet likes strawberries?

Since I know nothing about her, I just nodded off everything with a yes.

He throws on his shoes, I open the door and unlock the car from afar.

"You can get in already. I'll lock the door and put our things in the trunk." I say and Theo runs eagerly to the car.

I put the key in the lock, turn it around and shake the door once to see if it really is locked.

I lean my head against the cold glass and close my eyes.

This is going to be a long long day

20 minutes' drive and we arrive at the parking lot next to our destination.

I open Theo's door and let him out.

"I take the backpack." Says Theo and holds his hands out.

"It's too heavy for you T, I'll take it."

"No, I'm wearing it!" He says with a slightly raised voice.

I roll my eyes because I can imagine why. Grabbing the bag and the ball out of the trunk, I hold it so Theo can put his arms through the loops.

I lock the car and we make our way to the grass area.

I can see Harriet from afar, wearing black jeans shorts and a grey top.

We get closer and Theo spots Harriet as well.

"Hallo Sun!" He screams and starts to run.

The backpack bounces up and down. It's really hard to watch because it looks like he is going to fall backwards any second.

"Be careful!" I shout after him.

He throws the bag on the grass during his run and jumps into Harriet's arms.
