I should have asked for a better explanation of where exactly the place in the forest is.

I have never been in this area and therefore have never visit this woodland.

I've been walking for 10 minutes and I'm starting to think I'm lost.

I hear a high-pitched scream and flinch. That sounded awful.

I walk in the direction of the cry to see if someone got hurt.

I take in strange noises and loud breathing.

As I get closer and comprehend what I see in front of me, my whole body starts to shake.

My eyes get glassy and I take a deep breath to hold my breakfast and lunch in.

"Stop it, go away!" I try to say with a steady voice but the last word comes out cracked.

Ethan looks up in shock and his eyes widen. He obviously thought he would be alone.

He jumps up, buttons his pants and takes his stuff to run away.

I don't bother to follow him because that's not relevant in this moment.

I walk towards Harriet on shaky knees.

Her head is leaning to the side and her eyes are closed.

All private areas are uncovered and her lower half is full of blood.

I run to the side and let my meals spill to the ground. I'm already not good with blood but this is even worse.

I wipe my mouth with the back of my hand and walk back to her. I pull her shirt down and her pants up.

Due to the conversation with Aiden, I assume that she is sleeping and did not faint.

I take off my jacket and put it on her. I close the zipper and lift her into my arms.

A load of tears gathers in my eyes.

When you hear something like that it always gives you a weird feeling, but when you see it it's unbearable.

I carry her to my car that is parked at the beginning of this forest.

As soon as I put her in the back seat and lock the car, I go back to grab her backpack.

The grass area looks bad. It has an imprint of a human body. Blood is on top of it and 6 feet behind it lies my vomit.

When I get back to the car, my panic finally kicks in.

What do people do in this situation?

How do people react?

I get behind the steering wheel and throw Harriets bag on the passenger seat.

I look into the rear-view mirror. She still has her eyes closed.

I turn on the engine.

Yes, that's the right place

I don't drive to the one in town. Due to Theo's accident, I know that her mom works there. I don't want to put her in a situation that makes her uncomfortable. She is 18. Legally an adult.

Will she tell her parents?

Does she want them there?

Will she bring Ethan to court?
