season 4, episode 14; sex and violence
I waited anxiously for Sam to come back from his little date with the doctor at the morgue. Dean was out with his siren at the bar while I wasn't affected by the siren and decided to stay back in the room. It wasn't until I was here for about an hour that I realized that Sam was screwing himself silly with the doctor. So fun. I resisted the urge to get angry about it, because technically speaking, we weren't dating. Yes, we had a little thing going on right now and he hasn't gone to see Ruby for two weeks, tops, but we never actually discussed if we were together officially or not.
I tried calling Sam, to which my call was sent to voicemail, and I tried to call Dean, which was just straight out ignored. Fuck you, too, then.
I had stopped trying to call them and just paced back and forth in the room. I debated on going ahead and calling Bobby. I knew he was coming regardless, but it wouldn't hurt for it to be me who called him, right? My debating stopped when the door to the room opened and Sam came in, restless and tired at the same time. "Dammit, Sam, don't you ever pick up your phone?" I demand, not being able to control my anger.
"Sorry, Sof," he apologized.
"Where have you been? I've been worried sick!" I sounded like a mother. Who knew it was possible for me to sound like a mother.
"With Cara," Sam replies smoothly, shrugging off his jacket.
"Cara, huh?"
Sam rolled his eyes, "Relax. We were trying to find the blood samples, the other ones got stolen."
"And you couldn't send a damn message? A simple text that said 'hey, Sof, doc and I got caught up in blood samples, be back soon,'?"
"Okay, sorry I didn't tell you sooner, I don't need to be lectured like a kid," Sam bit back.
I rolled my eyes and crossed my arms, "Whatever. You get a hold of Dean? Tried to call him, too."
Sam scoffed, taking his phone out of the pocket of his slacks. "Yeah, I'll bet."
"My God, what?" I spat.
"Nothing, forget it," Sam said, dialling Dean's number.
"No, tell me, Sam. Please."
Sam sighed irritably and put down the phone to look at me. "You seem very keen of Dean, don't you?"
"What? You think I like him, is that it? You think that I'm worrying my ass off for him only?"
"Exactly."
"Okay, so why don't you enlighten me and tell me how you screwed yourself silly with Cara? Or how you're still seeing Ruby despite all the times you asked me about why I didn't trust her? Huh?"
"You said you were okay with it!" Sam defended.
"If that's what you heard come out of my mouth, you must be on something much stronger than demon blood," I spat. "I said I understood why you did it, not that I was okay with it!" I defended.
Sam is about to come back when his phone started to ring. He let out a huff and looked down at it. "Later," he said finally before answering the call and bringing the phone up to his ear. "Yeah?" He quesitoned. I huffed and sat down on the bed. "With Cara," Sam answered, clearly pissed he had to go through this again. "Enough with the lecture, Sofia already did that... So?" Sam asked Dean and sat down on the other bed. "Okay...?" He started to laugh and switched the phone to his other ear. "You think Cara's a siren?... Yeah, and?... Well, maybe it was a heart attack... Look, I just don't think it's her... I don't know, a hunch."
