"..Who?" She deadpanned. If it weren't for the fact she was bleeding out of her right arm, she would've facepalmed. He stood there rubbing his chin deep in thought. Her name was..well, peculiar. There was a weird familiarity but nothing seemed to bring any sort of remembrance, until he noticed a slight fathom in her appearance. He squinted his eyes; focusing on the top of her skull. Two large dark horns sat symmetrical from each other. It was glamor magic, he quickly looked her over, noticing her pointed ears that stuck out from underneath her hair. It had finally clicked; she was the one who had saved his father.
"You.. are you the Nymph Warden?"
Nymph warden.
Her mouth formed into a firm line, a warden..the vague memory of keeping her forest safe occurred to her suddenly. It felt right, no it sounded right. She quickly answered without a second thought, "Yes! That is I! I saved your father from the embrace of death. How is he? Is he well?" The young boy was overwhelmed with her suddenness. The woman who stood in front of her was deemed no threat to him, a while ago. Her features were soft and filled with joy. As if it had been a while since she had seen a demon or someone with such familiarity. Perhaps it was because she was in the mighty presence of Red Son. He cockily smirked, nodding to himself that; that was indeed the correct assumption.
"Nymph Warden you have touched our family with your kindness in the past a hundredth century! It is only modest of I to take you to our home! Father will be overjoyed to hear from his savior once more."
He posed dramatically as he spoke to her, she nodded curtly. "But first let me aid you of your wound!" He profoundly spoke, she finally turned her attention to her wound. It was almost comical how she tilted her head ever so slightly to stare at the rupture in her arm with a confused manner. It should have healed by now. Red Son closed in on her proximity placing his hand on her shoulder. A warmth stretched from her forearm to the tips of her fingers. Her hands were soiled with blood but when she peered to the wound it was sealed shut. No scar left over. Red Son grinned proudly at his healing work. "I've been practicing!" He stated confidently. He sharply turned to his robot companions commanding them to continue wreaking havoc. Turning to the woman he spoke, "Let us go to the Demon Bull Kings abode!"
She hummed silently as he reached to hold her forearm. In an instant they were covered in head to toe with bright red flames. They did not hurt her, but they did cover her view of the outside. After a couple of minutes the flames soon returned to the earth, unveiling her eyes. A large earthy cave, rocks of a multitude of sizes were littered all throughout the ground. There was subtle buzzing that seemed continuous with no edge of stopping. But she didn't mind, it was quaint and peaceful. Nothing of what she had thought the Demon Bull family would be residing in.
"Red Son."
A sharp perplexed tone broke the silence. She snapped her head towards the voice, a human woman with long, black hair, with part of it in a top bun, another part was done in an updo that resembles a bull's horns and two hair loops at her ears with the rest of it loose. She wears red lipstick and has a beauty mark on the right side of her face. She looked like a normal human. The woman's gaze was cold and took no interest in her. She instead looked to her imprint; awaiting an answer. "Mother!" He sputtered out. "We were just..oh well.." He fumbled over his words looking for any or every excuse he could think of. The woman at his side stepped forward and spoke.
"I apologize for the intrusion. I am (Y/n) the Nymph."
The woman looked her up and down slowly, eyes lit with a distant familiarness. "I am Princess Iron Fan. I see you have met my son, Red Son." Her tone was unmoving yet held a strong elegance. Her gaze was fierce much like the woman in front of her. Princess Iron Fan is intelligent. Never forgetting, the woman in front of her never went unnoticed. She saved her husband. But where had she gone all those centuries ago. "Nymph Warden. Let me be the first to welcome you to our home. My husband will be pleased to see you once more." She bowed her head to the woman. Red Son following in suit.
"I appreciate your welcoming Princess Iron Fan, Red Son. The Demon Bull Family will always be in aid of myself when need be."
"And as will be ours. Come now I would like for my husband to meet you." She turned her back to them as she moved to another opening of the cave. Red Son followed sheepishly as she followed behind him. The cave stretched farther then she had imagined, tech was littered in a corner with a dim blue lighting. Red Son had stopped as had (Y/n). The Demon Bull King stood by a large device, pressing and correcting any issue. "Dear, I would like you to meet (Y/n) the Nymph." His ears perked as he removed his eyes from the screen turning to his spouse then to the woman.
"The Nymph.." he repeated, she bowed her head speaking sharply. "Demon Bull King, it is a pleasure to see that you are doing well." He nodded curtly, flaring his nostrils. "Where have you been Mistress." She lifted her head as he stared awaiting her response. She saw no need to lie, "I was encapsulated in a crystal for a thousand of years." He looked her over before nodding once more. "There is no need to hide yourself Mistress (Y/n) . No humans dwell in these areas."
He made note of her glamour magic, she smiled softly. Removing the straining magic. A slight shock echoed throughout the room, eyes wide and mouths agape. How couldn't they? The Nymph Warden know for her large, slick, black wings..gone? Their stares lingered on her back and she noticed, her smile wavered as they looked to the Demon Bull King. He held a small somber smile before heaving a large sigh.
"Whoever has done this to you.. is unforgivable. The years that we have not been present to stand with you cannot be fixed but I wish to start a new with you."
