Vision Training Chap.4

You were currently Visiting Aaru Village as Cyno had escorted you there, It had been a few months since you were last there but you were a little homesick, your change from Desert to Forest was a big one but you didn't show the hidden struggle that you felt, but Cyno sensed It and he knew you were happy In Gandharva Ville but he suggested you to visit your home, and so he traveled with you to Aaru Village In which along the way you shared many stories, 

upon returning you were welcomed by Candace, she was older than you by a few years and thought of you as a little sister of sorts, while visiting with her you told her of your progress In trying to become a forest ranger along with how your Vision training was going. but that gave her an Idea, and she asked you to show her your skills now that you returned

you were a little ways away from Aaru Village, Cyno was standing off to the side as he spectated on your spar that was about to begin, you and Candace stood ten feet apart from each other

"Begin when you're ready there's no rush," she said

you gave a nod, just as she summoned her shield and Polearm all the while she stared you down with her gold and blue eyes, you took in a breath as your Electro Vision glowed and you reached up to the sky as your Claymore fell to the ground In front of you, you grabbed onto the handle as you pulled it up from sand but then realizing there was no way you could best Candace

but still you'd try to at least once, "I'm ready"

Candace gave a nod, but then she disappeared In a flash and you looked around before clashing with her polearm as she pressed forward, you used your strength to push her back with your Claymore as lightening danced around It, Candace rotated her polearm with great speed as she rushed back to attack you but you quickly put up an Electro shield 

using her Hydro vision she sent elemental energy your way, you kept your shield strong but then Candace broke through It with her polearm, Cyno narrowed his eyes as he kept up with the battle between you both, you quickly channeled your Electro energy as you leapt away from Candace but sent some purple lightening her way using your Claymore 

"!!!!"

Candace grunted as she shielded herself from it, but found herself being pushed back quite a bit but then using her own Hydro energy she sent It back your way, and you panicked to move 

"You've gotten strong!" she called

 Candace came face to face with you to attack again, but then you kicked up some sand which had gotten In her eyes as you knocked her back with your Claymore,

Candace held to her polearm, taking In a few breaths all the while you panted as you tried to catch your breath that you'd lost, a proud looking smile came to her face as she was very proud of you but she knew you still had a long way to go, 

Candace then lifted her hand as she called on the divine, her Shield glowed blue before she rushed forward all the while you prepared yourself to counter her, but you were knocked back with great force and you tumbled onto the sand, now having a large cut on your arm

Cyno quickly got up and he started coming to your side, just as Candace pointed her Polearm a few inches away from your neck "Well done, but you still have a long way to go (Y/n)"

you sighed, wincing In pain as you held your injured arm just as she dispelled her weapons 

"are you alright I'm sorry If I got too carried away with that last one" she said

"I'm good, It's just a flesh wound your still the strongest of the village"

Cyno came and helped you to stand up, you then dusted the sand off yourself before you exchanged a handshake with Candace before a friendly hug, she patted your shoulders 

"Oh I'm so happy, I can't believe you mastered your Vision so quick"

you smiled, "Yeah, Candace the way you speak makes you sound like my Mother"

Candace shook her head, "I'm not that, but I do see you as my little sister"

"That was well done (Y/n)," said Cyno

you looked to him and blushed, "Thank you"

Candace looked to you and then Cyno as she smiled, guessing that your crush on his was Indeed true, she then started "Shall we go back for refreshments?"

you stretched your arms, "That'd be great, It's blazing hot as usual but I oddly missed this"

you then took out your braid to get the sand out your hair, shaking out your long hair as you combed your hands through It before starting to braid it back up, in which Cyno couldn't help but gaze at you while you did this as he felt his heart clenching in his chest 

*I don't know how long she plans to stay, but if it's for a while I'll have to head back to the Akademiya for a while...would It be best if It tell her then? no she'd hate me If I did*.
