Three days later...

After a long three days of travel you'd finally came upon Kannazuka and to Tatarasuna island, within Inazuma's territory In which you already could tell you were In a different region entirely and you noticed that Wanderer seemed on edge. You and Nahida knew this would happen but Wanderer was determined to see this through even if he had to reopen old wounds from his past, you told him If It became too much that you'd leave right away but he told you he didn't

after tying the boat up at the shore, the both of you got off the boat and stretched as you looked all around at the much different nature than you were used to but you thought It was beautiful

"You know...Shakkei Pavillion I guess It can be considered beautiful too, we're going there first"

you nodded, "Alright"

but he didn't move an inch, just standing with his fists clenched as he had an unreadable expression on his face and you could tell he was frightened but he'd never say that

you reached for his hand, giving It a squeeze "Kuni?"

he squeezed yours back, "don't...let go okay"

you smiled, "of course"

Wanderer then blinked as he took the first step forward with you following him, through a few plains and some ridges until you'd finally came to stood outside of Shakkei Pavillion which was a long abandoned mansion. Wanderer told you that was where he was abandoned but then found

the doors had an Electro emblem, and they were tightly shut but when you tried to open the doors It wouldn't work even with your Electro vision but when Wanderer tried It did, the old doors opened with very loud creaks as dust was blown into your faces,  you coughed and fanned it away, just as Wanderer used his Anemo energy to blow It all away with you soon continuing inside with your hands locked together. Wanderer looked all around at the old haunt 

but then as his memories clicked he saw visions once again, of Katsuragi finding him and he took you to the exact place where he remained asleep before waking up at last 

"he found me here...thought I was a noble because of my clothes, he went to get help before sending some people back to help me to their settlement where I met Niwa"

just then his head started to spin, "And...It's where I...came after my second betrayal when I met that nameless child who was just like me"

you nodded, "I remember"

Wanderer's head started to spin more and he stumbled backwards, you helped him as he started to have more flashbacks to when he'd found the boy dead which drew tears to his eyes

he then collapsed to his knees, and you rushed to his side "Kuni!"

"That child...I was so angry at the fact that he'd broken his promise to me, furious that he died...how pathetic was that?"

you shook your head, "you didn't know any better back then...about mortality or anything like that"

you started tearing up, "and....you wouldn't have known when he'd die"

Wanderer clenched his fists, ".........."

he then looked up to the gap within the mansion's ceiling, tears running down his cheek 

"I'm sorry....to you, to Katsuragi and to Niwa..."

he then yelled to the heavens, "you don't have to forgive me! but know that I'll bare the weight of what I've done for the rest of my life and I'll never forget any of you I the Kabukimono...Kunikuzushi and Scaramouche!"

a tear streamed down your cheek, as you felt all of his emotions knowing how he feels right now but you hugged him as you rubbed his back all the while he began to break down sobbing 

he repeated, "I'm sorry...I'm sorry...."

Wanderer rested his head on your shoulder as he continued to cry, and you never left his side through It all until he eventually calmed down, he wiped his own tears away as he now felt embarrassed for crying like that In front of you but he then he hugged you again 

"Beautiful, I think I can move on now..."

you looked at him, "Really?"

Wanderer gave a nod, "Yeah and now more than ever I know what I'm meant to do"

you nodded and gave a little smile before he stood up, then holding out his hand to you as you took It as you intertwined your fingers. you then helped him make some little memorials for those who'd been lost In Tatarasuna all the way to those from the Raiden Gokuden 

 "I think...this should be good, what do you think?"

you smiled, "It's good, Kuni...I'm sure they forgive you"

Wanderer let out a sigh, "Who knows...but let's get out of here for now"

"where'll we go now?"

Wanderer turned, "Inazuma city, you said you wanted to see it so I'll show you around but first let's find an Inn there"

Wanderer then put his hands on your shoulders, "Thank you for coming here with me...I love you"

you smiled, "I love you too Kuni"

you embraced and shared a kiss as you then soon left Shakkei Pavillion, heading back to the boat as It soon set off for Narukami Island the mainland for Inazuma.
