A few days later....

you were getting ready for the day after having a bath In the nearby river, using the Padisarah scented soap that you'd bought while shopping with Dehya again the other day. During that shopping trip you bought a few outfits and some makeup as well, you didn't wear much makeup before with It only being eyeliner but now that you were with Kuni that changed, you wanted to look more presentable and pretty for him sometimes which was why you made up today. but you also did want to look nicer for yourself so you asked Dehya to help you develop your own makeup routine, now you'd just dried your hair and gotten dressed in your usual outfit 

you went to the mirror as you put on some powder along with eye makeup, you used a purple toned eyeshadow that matched your outfit. when finished you put your hair into it's usual braid just as you heard a knocking come to your door frame as you saw Collei

"Good morning (Y/n)"

you smiled and waved to her, "Morning Collei!"

she skipped over to you, "Oh wow! did you put on makeup today"

you smiled, "mhm, what do you think"

Collei smiled, "It's so pretty, I like It did Miss Dehya teach you how?"

you nodded In response, but then Collei sneaked behind you to tuck a flower into your braid

"There! now you're all set"

you smiled and hugged Collei as she returned it, then you followed her as you went to go have breakfast with Tighnari which was more tasty than usual. and afterwards you did a few tasks needed just as Tighnari let you know that you were almost ready to become a Forest Ranger

"Really!?"

Tighnari smiled, "Yes, you're In fact ready but there's one last test you have to do"

you smiled excitedly as you then hugged him, "Oh my! Thank you so much Master I promise I'll do my best as a ranger!"

Tighnari patted your back, he chuckled "I should be thanking you, you've become an Important member here as well as a part of our lives, It's been my pleasure to guide you"

Tighnari then gestured, "Off you go, I'm sure your Boyfriend's waiting for you somewhere"

you smiled as you then headed off from Tighnari with a wave, and he waved back to you as you left while heading out into the Avidya Forest as you started calling Wanderer's name

"Kuni! Kuni are you out here?"

you only heard the sounds of the birds above, but then felt a sudden gust of wind as you turned around to see him approaching "Hey"

you smiled and went over to him, "Morning"

"Good morning"

he brought you into his arms as he then held you by the waist, "Something's different about you today"

"You Noticed?"

Wanderer smiled, "Yeah,"

he tucked a strand of hair behind your ear, just as he kissed you on the forehead which made you giggle but then he caressed your cheek "you're wearing what they call Makeup right?"

you smiled, "mhm"

he blinked which made you start to question, "Do I look weird? was it too much"

"No, It brings out your eye's a lot...you look beautiful"

your heart skipped a beat as you blushed, "Thank you"

"But....."

Wanderer's lips curved into a gentle smile, "you're beautiful without it"

you bashfully hid your face in his shoulder, "Kuni....."

you lightly pushed him away but he chuckled as he held onto you tighter, just as he teased you

"You're so weird you know that"

you started laughing but he cut it short as he kissed you, "I love you"

you smiled warmly, wrapping your arm's around his neck "I love you too"

you shared another kiss but then he swept you off your feet, into his arm's bridal style 

"It'll be quicker this way, there's somewhere I want to take you" he said

"Where?"

Wanderer smirked, "Just trust me and enjoy the ride"

you giggled and held onto him tighter "Okay,"

Wanderer then lifted off the ground as he took flight, holding onto you carefully as he set off.
