It had been a long day, you'd returned from finally completing your task In the desert so you were more than happy to be back at Gandharva Ville also more so to see Wanderer, and upon hearing that you'd returned he came to visit you as well as have dinner with you as you told the story of how It went. of course the heat was just like always and same with the freezing nights 

Tighnari flicked his ears, "We're glad you made It back safe, fill free to take a little time off if you want"

you were surprised, "Really? are you sure what If I'm needed again?"

Tighnari smiled, "this was your first expedition as a ranger and It was for a week, just give yourself some time to relax for this one time, you're always working too hard"

Wanderer picked up his cup, "he's not wrong"

you looked to them both before letting out a sigh, "Alright....."

"Master! can I get some more Selva salad" asked Collei

"Sure just a second" 

Wanderer turned to you, "you really do work too hard, I can see in your eyes how tired you are"

"oh was It that obvious?"

he smirked, "Yeah, but also because I'm always looking at you"

you blushed a little, "Kuni"

Collei giggled, "You two are so cute together!"

Tighnari sighed, "Not too much flirting at the table please"

you gave Wanderer's hand a squeeze underneath the table, and he squeezed yours back as you exchanged a smile with one another before you got back to finishing your dinner. and Afterwards Wanderer wanted to know if It was alright if he stayed at your hut for the night In which you agreed, and Tighnari asked you both to keep it down but you quickly shot down his assumption as you hurried Wanderer away to your hut where you soon settled down for the night 

you'd gotten changed into your usual night wear, and Wanderer took off his shoes and hat as he lied in your bed as he waited for you to come join him so you could snuggle together 

just then a cool breeze blew as he saw the wind chime he'd given you, a smile came to his face as he remembered those days you were just becoming friend's and he'd gifted you that 

you finished brushing out your hair as you came over, "It's been a long week...."

you sat on your bed as he sat up and he started to massage your shoulders, "here beautiful"

you smiled, "Thank you"

Wanderer then placed some kisses on your skin, "I missed you so much"

"I missed you too,"

he continued to massage your shoulders and you didn't know he was so good at this, it was a pleasant surprise but he once again reminded you that he's always been good with his hands

you giggled, "I believe It"

you then turned to look at him, "What were you upto while I was away?"

"Nothing too interesting, I did go to some Vahumana lectures...and ran errands for the lesser lord as usual"

just then he started to remember that run in with some Fatui agents the other day, he didn't want to tell you or startle you by telling you that even though he was no longer a member

Wanderer then let out a sigh and lied down, he then opened his arms to you as you happily went into them as you started to cuddle up together. he pressed some gentle kisses to your forehead as you closed your eye's but then he asked that you to sing for as it had been a while

"Anything for you Kuni" you said

you then started to gently sing to him as he closed his eyes, all the while he ran his hands through your hair which made you start to relax all the more as well and his touch made you fall asleep. Wanderer noticed that you'd stopped singing in which he opened his eyes

"Beautiful? Beautiful?"

Wanderer then smiled warmly, "Good Night love"

he kissed your forehead and brought the blankets over you both as he started to settle. and a while later he too drifted off to sleep but his sleep was disturbed as he had flashbacks, of his past which showed him his life In Tatarasuna alongside Niwa and the other bladesmiths but then things got dark as It showed the incidant with Dottore all over again. Wanderer started to furrow his brows as he slept and he would be broken Into a cold sweat if he could 

this went on for a while as he also saw flashes of his Mother, The Raiden Shogun in which she turned to face him as she reached out her hand but soon turned to dust In front of him

"!!!!!!"

Wanderer shot up In the bed and you woke up surprised, "Kuni? what's wrong"

he looked at his hand's as they shook and you rubbed his shoulders, "What happened? I'm here It's going to be alright"

Wanderer turned to you, "Beautiful...I think...I think I have to go"

"Where?"

he then clenched his fists as he furrowed his brows, "Inazuma, and I want you to come with me".
