The alleyway darkened. Gloom raised her left hand and what looked like a long bone appeared above it. Her eye glowed brightly and a giant axe blade formed onto the end of it before the completed axe moved down, resting in her hand. She winked with her dark eye socket as she moved back and forth slightly, seemingly eager for a fight.

Frisk tried to back away as a bad feeling came over them, when the feeling in their chest came back. It was uncomfortable, the feeling of being grabbed by an invisible force.

"Oh, you can't leave, kid. You can leave when I say you can," Gloom spoke coldly.

Frisk thought about begging to be let go, but the skeleton didn't seem in the mood to listen to pleas.

"If it makes you feel better, I'll let you make the first move, little one. Heh, I'm feeling generous today." Gloom's grin seemed to widen slightly as she twirled her axe effortlessly.

Frisk nervously looked around before taking a deep breath. If this thing wants a fight, they can have it. Frisk glared at the skeleton in front of them before balling up their fists and swinging at the skeleton.

Gloom moved slightly to the side, easily dodging the attack. Frisk felt slightly discouraged and again nervously eyed the skeleton's axe before looking back to the skeleton herself. She expected to see a smug look or at least an amused one, but neither was on Gloom's face. It was a mix of pity and discouragement, but quickly changed back to a smug smirk when she noticed Frisk was looking at her.

"Damn, you're REALLY fucking lucky that you ran into me. With those shitty fighting skills, you'd be dead in less than five minutes" Gloom shook her head and chuckled under her breath before raising her free hand. What looked like a dagger made of bone formed at her command, and she grabbed it and flipped it around in her hand with the handle now facing Frisk. "You at least need a weapon. This is a shitty one, but it'll work, and when others see it, maybe it'll help ward them off as well," Gloom shrugged a bit while smirking.

Frisk wasn't sure what Gloom meant by it warding others off, but took the bone dagger anyways. At least it was something.

"Take one more try," Gloom said with a slightly gentle tone as she swayed a little bit from side to side.

With a deep breath and a determined feeling, Frisk lunged forward. The dagger pointed right at the chest of the skeleton.
