A bright light was shining into Frisk's face. Frisk tried to turn away, but they restrained were with something. The thing holding them released them a little and they felt something cover their eyes, giving them a little bit of shade.

"Hey kid, are you doin' ok?" A gentle voice asked. Frisk opened their eyes a little and looked up at the voice. It was Grim. He was cradling then and holding onto them gently. Frisk could hardly move from pure exhaustion.

"Kid nearly killed themself, I highly doubt they are ok bro," Frisk heard Gloom's voice, coming from somewhere below. A soft laugh came from the small skeleton and Frisk turned to look down at Gloom. She seemed to be fine now, there wasn't anymore cracks on her skull, but her eye was still green when she looked up at Frisk. "Seems they are awake though which is better than nothing," the familiar grin crept onto her face. Frisk had grown to like that look.

The two skeletons kept walking while Grim carried Frisk through the rock tunnel. The  bright light coming through the end was getting brighter with every step.

"Did I do it?" Frisk asked weakly as they leaned their head back against Grim.

"Ya, you did it kid, somehow you broke the barrier and are still alive. If I hadn't started healing you and if you hadn't asked for the DT, you would have probably would have not made it. Your soul was cracking," Grim looked down at Frisk while holding onto them tightly.

"Ya, and it's still cracked, Grim tried healing it, but it seems to have not done much," The trio was quiet for a bit as they kept walking towards the exit.

Finally, Gloom spoke again. "Kid, in the hall, when we were fighting, why did you shout no." Her tone was serious and Grim looked down at his sister, confused. "We're you seeing something, hearing a voice, or what?"

Frisk hesitated. I need to tell her the truth. Frisk opened her mouth to speak.

"No, there wasn't anything, I was just frustrated about us fighting, I didn't want to keep fighting."

Frisk felt a bit surprised. Wait, that's not what I was going to say- Frisk heard that voice again. It was giggling in their head. That sweet voice.

Of course I'm not going to let you tell those...things, the truth.

Gloom didn't answer as they kept walking.

They reached the edge of the tunnel and the view was amazing. There was a sunset over the hills in the distance.

The twins were looking with amazement at the view and Frisk lifted their head back up to look as well. It was truly beautiful.

"Hey, we never really learned ya name, what is your name anyways?" Grim spoke gently to Frisk, who looked up at him.

"Frisk, my name is Frisk," Frisk smiled up at the skeleton that was holding them.

"Eh, I think, kid suits you better, even if you aren't one," a chuckle comes from Gloom as Frisk sees her come into view. She on one of her blasters and is floating above the ground.

"Do you want to get going? Humans might not except us at first, but hopefully they will over time," Grim seemed to be a little excited as he spoke.

Gloom turned around on her blaster and looked at her brother before grinning, "Well I don't know why they wouldn't, be weird if they just had a bone to pick with us, though if they saw me, they wouldn't have the backbone to try it," she was snickering as Grim rolled his eyes before reaching out one arm and roughly rubbing her head.

Even though he was still tightly holding Frisk with one arm, she held onto his shirt a little bit so he put his hand back to hold onto Frisk.

"Well should we get going?" Grim asked gently.

"Ya, let's head out, there's a city down there, let's go to that, how does that sound...Frisk...nah, I'd rather call ya kid, don't feel right calling you that,"  Gloom chuckled a little as she looked at Frisk.

Frisk laughed a little and nodded. "Ya let's go,"

The trio began walking down the path on the mountain, heading to what ever came next.
