Grim was very talkative as the trio made their was down the empty city street. He talked about how it had been so long since he had seen a human down here and how Frisk wasn't what he expected.

"I expected for you to be larger than you are, though, I was smaller, last time I saw a human so maybe you guys looked bigger to me then," Grim spoke with a happy tone as he recalled the past.

Frisk felt a little overwhelmed at the bigger skeletons energy and fast talking, but enjoyed listening to him.

"My bro gets passionate about the past," Frisk flinched a little, as they noticed that Gloom had went into step next to them. She had put her phone away and was now looking at Frisk with a smirk. "You're still jumpy around me? That's funny." The skeleton shrugged. "Anyways though, he could go on for days talking about the past, pretty nice that he thinks about the past in a good way, he's a great brother." Frisk noticed Gloom smile happily while looking up at her brother who was walking in front and still talking.

Frisk looked at the skeleton walking next to her with a curious look. Gloom glanced back at Frisk and shrugged a little while giving her that familiar smug grin.

"What are you two talking about?" Frisk looked up at Grim who had turned around and was walking backwards now, looking at the two curiously.

"Just talking about what a great bro you are, that's all, they agree, though they haven't said a word," Gloom shrugged a little while smiling up at Grim, who seemed flattered.

"Aw, well that's nice of you Gloomie," Grim smiled down at his smaller sister who looked slightly embarrassed at the nickname. "But, we are nearing the beginning of the most dangerous part of the Dead City." Grim sounded more serious and Gloom's face turned cold as she nodded at Grim.

Frisk looked at the two skeletons confused as they seemed to stiffen a little. Frisk heard Gloom snap her fingers and noticed that her axe was back and with it, an even bigger one that was given to Grim. They both held onto their axes and Gloom moved behind Frisk, so that Frisk was between the two skeletons.

"Stay close, there will probably be fights ahead and we have to be careful," Gloom growled quietly as the trio walked down the seemingly empty, dilapidated street.

For a while, all that Frisk could hear was the footsteps of them all walking. Things seemed calm. Why are these two so nervous? Thing seem ok. Frisk looked around a little, but didn't seem to notice anything.

Frisk looked up at Grim, who seemed very uneasy and was looking around quickly which was such a drastic change from how he just was.

"Is there something there?" Frisk spoke with a quiet voice as they started to feel uneasy as well from how the skeletons had gotten so serious.

"Shh," Gloom's voice was low as Frisk felt her get closer til Gloom was directly behind them. "We're in a gang's territory right now and well, I'm not on the, best of terms, with their boss right now, so we're trying to go undetected,"

"Ya, I'm sure things will get ugly if they knew we were her-" Grim stopped short of what he was saying and he froze in place.

He had heard something.
