It took a long time for all the new hybrids to wake up again. When they finally did, Niklaus already had Elena's blood ready.  Feeding each of them just enough to complete the transition.

And before she knew it, Niklaus and Rosalie were on their way back again. Niklaus had instructed the hybrids to stay at their camp while they went to look for more of werewolves. Rosalie was confused, she thought finding werewolves and siring hybrids was his goal. Now he had a whole pack at his disposal, but it still wasn't enough for him? And besides how did he and Marcus become besties all of the sudden. Why would he lead the hybrid to back to his family, when he knew his intentions.

"Did you compel Marcus?" Rosalie asked, while Niklaus was walking quietly beside her through the forest. The sky started to turn pink and orange as the sun inched closer to the horizon.

"What makes you think that?" He asked and looked at her with curiosity. The last sunbeams dancing on her golden hair.

"Well, it seems most werewolves don't want to be turned, but yet he told his family and friends, which he had known probably his whole life, to trust you, a stranger who turned him against his will." Rosalie started talking, "It just doesn't make much sense, you know?"

"Maybe he realised that he was wrong and that hybrids really are the superior species." Klaus grinned at the blonde girl. "I didn't compel him, but my hybrids have a strong sense of loyalty towards their alpha."

"I'm assuming you're the alpha?" She never had met someone as arrogant as him. Then again there probably wasn't anyone more arrogant than him.

"Who else, love?" Klaus grinned. "Let's hurry this up or we'll take all night to get back to the car."

"Please don't." Rosalie groaned, but it was already too late. The hybrid had swept her off her feet, literally.

"I hate when you do that." She complained when he let her down next to the car. "It makes me feel like I'm five. I have legs after all, why can't I use them? If you wanted vampire speed, you should've brought along a different companion."

"Perhaps I'll turn you so you can finally keep up with me." He smirked at the now quiet girl. Big eyes stared at the hybrid.

"You wouldn't."

"Why?" She gasped. She knew he was capable of it. Damn, she just witness him turn twenty wolves. He could turn her just for his own amusement and she couldn't do anything about it. But she just hoped that he wouldn't. Of course vampirism had a lot of perks, basically all her mother's problems would just vanish. She might handle the blood thirst, but being 17 forever sounded like nails on a chalkboard to her. And even if she managed not to kill anybody, she still had to hurt them

"Please don't, Nik. I don't want to hurt anybody."

She didn't flinched when his hand touched her cheek. He looked at her for a few seconds. She tried to read his expression, but he was anything but an open book. She couldn't help but blush at his tender touch.

"Don't worry, love. And besides, you wouldn't last one day as a vampire." Rosalie rolled her eyes and got into the car tired of the games he was playing.

"I don't think you'd come far as a human." She countered. "Whatever would you be without your strength, speed and mind control?"

"You forgot my hellish good looks, love." He smirked as he got into the car.

They were driving for three hours already when Niklaus finally pulled into the parking lot of another hotel. Just as luxurious as the last one. High ceilings, big windows and creme coloured walls greeted the pair as they walked in the lobby. Niklaus strode confidently and Rosalie walked timidly behind him, definitely feeling out of place in this expensive hotel. He demanded a suite and again was simply handed a key card without any further questions.

"So what's the plan for tonight?" Rosalie asked as she dropped her backpack on the floor of their suite.

"We can't do anything until tomorrow morning, so I'd say tonight we celebrate." The hybrid spread his arms and grinned at the girl.

"I'm still hungover from last night." Rosalie muttered.

"Not like that, you can roam freely on the hotel grounds. I hear they have an excellent spa." The hybrid eyed her grinning wide.

"I highly doubt they're open at 8 PM." She wasn't in the mood to get spa treatments and definitely not with him. It made her furious that he made it so easy for her to forget, what he had done. And even worse that she was starting to like it.

"Oh love, that's what mind control is for." His grin turning cocky.

"So I get spa treatments, meanwhile Dana got brutally killed? How does this sound fair?" Rosalie regretted saying it as soon as the words left her lips. His whole presence immediately darkened.

"If you're keen on fairness, I could suck you out as well. Or would you prefer Stefan do it?" He started walking towards her, but she wasn't backing away this time. "You're so bend on seeing me as this monster, this killer."

"You are a killer. My best friend is dead. Because of you." Her voice was getting louder. He might kill her, but she wouldn't go without a fight.

"Oh enough about this girl. I have killed so many people, she doesn't belong in the Top 100."

"I want to go home." Rosalie started tearing up. She intended to stay strong and fight back, but she didn't even last a minute without crying.

"Well, tough luck, love, because you're staying. I know you secretly enjoy my company. You see, I can hear your heartbeat when we're alone and then there was last night..."

"But you killed Dana." Her voice was barely a whisper. She knew it was true, she had felt it for a while. This strange attraction pulling herself towards the hybrid and away from her old life.

"Is that your final verdict?" Niklaus raised his eyebrows looking at the crying girl. Rosalie nodded quickly, before she could change her mind. Rosalie blinked and suddenly she was alone in the hotel room. She let out a breath she didn't know she was holding. And let herself fall on the bed.

Meanwhile Niklaus was on the hunt. It didn't take him long to find a bar in this small town. He sat down and ordered a drink. Feeling the burn of the cool liquid in his throat as he chugged down the glas. He didn't know how she could get to him like that. She was just a silly litte girl, she had no clue of the world out there. She couldn't keep her high morals forever, eventually she would lose them. Why hadn't he killed her yet? It wasn't like she meant anything to him. Sure, she was a pretty little thing and could probably also be a fun time, if she ever loosened up. But he had seen hundreds like her throughout his lifetime. She wasn't anything special, he told himself.

He needed another drink and think about something else. He had sired the beginning of his hybrid army today. It was a reason to celebrate, not to mope about some lily-white teenage girl who didn't think him virtuous enough for her. So he looked around and spotted a woman in her mid 20's sitting on the barstool next to him.

"What are you drinking, sweetheart?"

Hey there!

How are you guys doing? I got my first class tomorrow morning again and I don't want the regular uni stress to start again, after I had such a relaxed winter break.

Anyways, I hope you like this chapter!
