Jimin's POV: I was getting ready in the morning as it's a very special day. The collaboration of our whole company waited for 1 month 1 week. Everyone was nervous as well as excited. I wore a new suit, as we all were told to dress neatly and shiny today.
I was checking myself out but a call distracted me, I was about to cut it but I picked up when I looked at the caller ID.
Jimin: Hello! You: Hey! You haven't reached here yet? Jimin: Babe I'm on the way, wait for just a few minutes.
Hanging the call, I smiled a little. Shoving the phone back into my pocket I turned around to look for my keys in the usual place, on the table in my room.
Taking the keys, I finished my orange juice. Using the mouth freshener, I started walking out of my house. I was thinking about a lot of things today. My mind was so busy yet it didn't forget to remind me of Y/N.
I should go fast now; she must be waiting for me.

Sitting in my car I drove off. Soon reaching the company I saw a familiar car. I smiled looking at it, which means the conference must have started.
Y/N POV: The conference started in the morning. Almost all the people were present, including the second company, HanSo Industries. There were some employees on leave as they didn't have any presentation for today. The person i was waiting for took so much time.

Jimin... Where are you?
I was lost in his thoughts and there was a lot going on in the conference. Our employees gave all the presentations. When it was the turn of Marketing Team's presentation, I panicked but Jimin's junior said he'll represent.
I nodded and soon we were over with all the presentations. Now the owner of the HanSo industries, Mr. Shin came on the stage. I was restless the whole time, playing with my fingers. I didn't feel that everything was alright.
Shin: I'm very impressed with all the presentations, data and development graph of the company.
All the people sitting there smiled in relief. We all patiently waited for his next words and I waited restlessly for Jimin. I decided to call him but when I looked around, I couldn't. I was in an official meeting.
Shin: I've decided to collab with Crown Diamonds.
Listening to this I smiled as others clapped. Today my dad was present in the meeting, we both were looking at the meeting together.
Shin: Now I would like to announce the new CEO.
I looked at my dad and he was very confident and it was me but my heart was beating too fast telling me it wasn't me. But I also researched that the owner didn't have his heir or any background, so i was also little convinced that it could be me.
Shin: Please greet the new CEO and my nephew.
Now instead of clapping the whole office was whispering around and we were all shocked. He didn't disclose his relatives. However, something off was expected. Mr. Shin in no seconds pointed his hand towards the door.
We all looked back. Seeing the guy entering through that door the whispering stopped for a second. Everything went silent. I froze. I saw people clapping after some seconds but i stood like a stone.
It was Jimin.

He looked at me and passed a smile but I couldn't even revert it back. Soon my body turned as he came on the stage with his usual smile. I didn't even see my dad's facial expressions or his reaction.
My mind went blank and everything around me was silent. He received the award in front of my eyes. Mr. Shin called him to say some words. The moment he stepped on the stage, clicking sounds could be heard. Media was there too.
Jimin: Thank you so much for accepting me as the CEO of Crown Diamonds, not as a CEO but as an ex-employee, I would love to see us all grow together.
Then he bowed like always and left with a smile. Now it was time for him to choose his assistants, employees, PA, secretary, and official advisor. So, we all gathered in the Meeting room of our office.

Shin: Now Jimin, you handle the rest.
Jimin: Sure, uncle I will.
With that his uncle left the office. He turned around to see all of us standing. He came to his seat and sat. With a smile he said his first words which were enough to take the hearts of many.
Jimin: Please sit down, many of you are older than me. I want to work with you all as a team not a leader.
Kwang: Jimin, you continue... I want to have some talk with Mr. Shin. I'll be back.
Jimin smiled and nodded. His secretary came and asked him who he would like to appoint his PA. I saw many girls excited. Also, now people are happy with him being the CEO. He's really something. Some minutes ago, they were whispering bad about him but now they are happy and smiling looking at Jimin.
Jimin: I would like to appoint Y/N as my PA.
Something shattered inside me. I looked at him shocked, couldn't deny or accept whatever he was saying right now.
