The party continued and you hung out with Koko and Inui for most of it, allowing your gaze to drift to your brothers every now and then to make sure they were alright. Nothing went wrong this night, and you couldn't be happier.
You shared laughs with your two best friends just like the old days and you couldn't stop smiling. Suddenly, you caught Izana's gaze from a distance and you immediately knew he was calling for you.
You excused yourself from your two best friends, letting them know that your leader was calling for you. When you reached Izana, you greeted him with a smile. "Izana."
He returned your smile with his own, offering you his hand. "Dance with me?"
You beamed instantly, taking his hand as he led you to the dance floor. You placed your arms over his shoulders as he rested his hands on your waist.
"Are you having fun?" He asked, tilting his head slightly.
"I am," you smiled. "Thanks to you."
His eyes softened and soon he leaned in, pressing a gentle kiss on your cheek. "I'm glad."

Midnight closed in and you and your brothers decided to go home. You bid your goodbyes to everyone since your brothers refused to let you stay past midnight since that's when all the alcohol would start coming out.
You were content, you got to spend time with everyone you cared about and you were with all your Tenjiku family after so long. When you reached your apartment, you headed straight into your room and checked the time, it was 11:58pm.
You pulled out your phone and scrolled through your contacts, finger hovering over a certain person's name as you hesitated. You wondered if it would be a good idea, but you decided it should be fine.
So you pressed the call button, and you held your breath for a little. When the phone clicked and a familiar voice responded, you felt your heart flutter.
"Hello?" He greeted, confusion evident in his voice at the sudden random number calling his phone.
You released a shaky breath, allowing your head to tilt back slightly as you stared at the ceiling. "Happy birthday, Baji."
With that, the clock struck 12:00.
Before he could say anything, you hung up, smiling a little to yourself. He was alive and healthy, and this time he was with his friends. Shinichiro was alive and Valhalla never existed, everything was going smoothly and you could only think of two people to thank for that.
Thank you, Hanagaki, Mikey.

Weeks passed and you were currently in Shibuya after visiting your grandfather's grave. Your two brothers had left on emergency and you decided to stay behind and do a little shopping while you were here.
You parked your bike a few blocks away from the mall, and you were a little lost in thought that you ended up bumping into someone. "Oh shit, I'm so sorry!" You apologized, snapping out of your trance. "Are you alri—"
You froze when you recognized the blond girl, long straight hair, and a pretty face you remembered all too well, only this time she wasn't alone. Not far behind her was another pretty face you recognized.
"Em—" You slapped your hand over your mouth before you could blurt out her name. "A-Are you okay?"
"I'm fine hehe!" She grinned, accepting your hand as you helped her up. "I'm Emma!"
