You were frozen, entranced at the sight of your childhood friend appearing so suddenly in front of you.

He seemed just as surprised, eyes wide. "Y/N..."

"Hey, can you hurry this up? Taiju's an impatient asshole you know." Another voice suddenly appeared.

"Koko," you whispered.

"Ha?" He turned to look at you, but as soon as he saw you, he too seemed to freeze. "Y/N?"

"Y/N it's time to go!" You heard Rindo's voice from a distance, but your body refused to move, not wanting to lose sight of your two childhood friends.

"Y/N!" Ran's voice finally snapped you out of your trance, and it seemed to awaken the other two as well.

Just as Inui took a step forward, toward you, you took a step back. Not another word or sound leaving your mouth as you turned and walked away.

You heard the two of them call after you, but you easily weaved away from them and found your way back to your brothers. You weren't the same Y/N they knew, how could you face them now? Especially after what happened on the day you left Shibuya, and the tragedy you and your brothers left behind.

"What took you so long?" Ran asked, arms crossed as he stared down at you.

"Got caught up," you replied, not wanting to go into detail about running into your old friends.

"We'll be back in Shibuya soon," Rindo said, grabbing your attention.

You looked at him confused as you stepped over your bike, settling down on the seat. "What are you talking about?"

"There's going to be a showdown between Toman and Valhalla on Halloween, we're going to watch," he replied.

"What the hell is Valhalla?" You scoffed.

"A new organization formed just recently, heard they were called the 'Headless Angel' since they have no commander," Ran explained.

"I don't like hanging around Shibuya, can we go home already?" Rindo whined.

You pouted a little, your stomach growling slightly. "I'm a bit hungry."

Rindo turned to look at you. "Ha? Why is that my problem?"

"Let's get something to eat, then." Ran hopped onto his bike, pushing the stand up as he turned the ignition.

"Yes!" You cheered, sticking your tongue out childishly at an irritated Rindo. "I win!"

He rolled his eyes, hopping onto his bike and flipping you off.

You stopped by a ramen shop owned by another gangster, it was a neutral territory so you were assured that there wouldn't be any sudden fistfights in case you encounter other gangsters.

Of course, Ran paid for everything like always, being the caring older brother he was. And as bitter as Rindo had been earlier, he too had ended up getting hungry when you arrived at the shop.

"Give me your pork slices, Rindo." You demanded, reaching across the table in an attempt to nab a pork slice with your chopsticks.

Unfortunately, your efforts prove futile when he slaps your hand away, pulling his ramen bowl closer and leaning over it protectively. "My pork slices," he grumbled.

Ran laughed at the interaction, patting your head affectionately before giving you one of his pork slices.

However, the heartwarming interaction between siblings didn't last long when Ran's phone began to go off. A sigh left his lips as he sat back, pulling his phone out and raising it to his ear. "What do you want?"

He continued conversing with the person on the phone, but neither you nor Rindo could be bothered as you both secretly stole bits and pieces of Ran's meal as he remained distracted.

"I got it." An irritated huff left Ran's lips as he ended the phone call.

"Who was that?" You asked, acting like you and Rindo didn't just completely finish his bowl of ramen.

"Izana, he needs me and Rindo to go over to Yokohama right now. Wanna come with? I'm sure Izana would be happy to see you," Ran said, completely unfazed at his empty bowl of ramen.

You waved him off. "I think I'll explore Shibuya a bit more, it's been a while since we last visited."

"Be careful, call us if you need anything," Ran said as the three of you stood up from the table, heading toward the exit.

"I will, don't worry, I can hold my own too you know." You smiled as he pushed the door open for you as the three of you exited the shop and headed for your bikes.

"Don't be out too late, I expect you to be home before midnight." Ran poked your cheek, patting your head affectionately before he and Rindo hopped on their bikes, you doing the same.

They waved you goodbye, and you watched as their forms disappeared when they turned the next corner. You quickly stretched your limbs, a satisfied noise leaving your throat as you decided to take a walk around for a bit.

You let go of yourself as you explored, let your feet take you wherever. But your carefree state didn't last long when you found yourself on a road with abandoned buildings covering every corner, confusion wracking your brain when you try to figure out how you got there.

Your eyes scanned the buildings before landing on street art covering an old gaming arcade, and the large headless angel that overlapped to a portion of the door.

You remembered what your brothers had told you, about Valhalla, the 'Headless Angel' and it wasn't hard for you to put the pieces together and figure that it was likely their base.

The door to the arcade suddenly opened, and a familiar figure exited the building. You could easily find him in the midst of a large crowd, thats how drawn you were to this boy, the same boy that caught your attention so many years ago.

Much to your surprise, your eyes met his, and the two of you stood for a moment, simply staring at each other.

"Val...halla?" You said unsurely, tilting your head as you stared at the boy dressed in a white uniform jacket.

"Who are you?" He asked, turning to face you, his posture stiff.

"Y/N. Who are you?" You retaliated.

He stared at you for a bit, eyes scanning your form. "Baji."

"So you're a delinquent," you stated.

The boy rolled his eyes. "Obviously, and if you know Valhalla I'm assuming the same."

You shrugged. "If that's how you see it, though I'm pretty sure we're far from the same thing."

"The hell is that supposed to mean?"

"Take it how you want it," you replied.

His brows furrowed slightly as he walked closer, stopping in front of you. It's easy to say that this guy was much prettier up close. "There's something strange about you, I've noticed that the moment I felt your presence."

You smirked, winking at him playfully. "You're not wrong, pretty boy."

He raised an eyebrow, seemingly taken aback by the sudden nickname.

"Say, Baji." You looked back towards the more active streets of Shibuya behind you. "It's been a while since I've been here, mind taking me around?"
