And days after I was just pushed around, always ignored, short replies always answered with a nod.

on the way they were watching movie except for Keegan he wasn't there, "does it still hurt?" I heard mara talk to ghost as I left.
opening captain price's door he looked at me and motioned me to sit but I didn't and handed him the papper.
He took it as his eyes widened, "are you serious?" He asked as I nodded,
"but-" I cut him off "I want to leave the force everything is clear in the resignation letter captain", he argued ofcours.
"captain price I want to leave the force" I cut him leaving no room for argument, I pushed the papper towards him for his sign as he hesitated but signed, he was about to say something but I left.
Later Keegan barged in my room as I didn't look at him, "straight to the point sir" I spoke as he sighed, "you know I'm going tomorrow right" he stared at me as I nodded "and heard about your resignation" I sighed looking at him, "what's the point sir" he sat on the chair as he tapped the table, "you should tap in" was all he said as I looked at him in confusion.
"ghost force, y/n" I understood what he was saying, I thought why not give it a try, I nodded as his eyes softened, "get ready by tomorrow then I'll pick you up" I nodded again.
He sat there looking at me when soap and gaz opened the door, "ya leavin us???" Soap shouted as I packed my stuffs, he grabbed my shoulder and shook me lightly.
"Don't" was all I said but he still argued, "get out before I do something I'll regret" I pushed them out, I could see ghost in a distance staring at me, I stared at him and pulled out my middle finger at him as his eyes widened.
They tried to talk with me but I ignored them, as next day Keegan was by my door.
I smiled at him and brought my stuffs outside following him, "oh wait I forgot something" he nodded at me.
I went back towards ghosts room and placed his knife back infront of his door when he suddenly opened his door, "your knife" I turned around to leave when he grabbed my wrist, "don't. Get your hands off me leutinent ghost" he stopped when I called him that, letting my hand loose I turned around and left.
"It was nice to meet you perhaps let's never meet again "
The drive was long.
They had a flag with a skull and first one to approach us was a tall guy, "took you long enough ay" he spoke at keegan then he looked at me, "y/n?" He spoke as I nodded.
"I'm Thomas Merrick" I shook his hands while he leaded us inside, many where there too as Merrick introduced them to me, "sergeant Alex Johnson known as ajax and that is David walker known as hesh and sergeant Logan walker you already know Keegan".
"can you do it again?" One of the guy spoke at me which was named Logan, I tilted my head as he pointed at Keegan "can you shoot him again" he laughed as Keegan groaned so they knew me already.
they also had a k9 named Riley which made me remember ghost.
I really grew on the dog, I settled in my room afterwards Merrick handed me a mask signifying ghost team and my gear.
Time Skip (1 year)
As I, now permanently settled in among the ghosts, they were nice and fun to tag along with there was a new mission as we took off for it, never did I ever expected to see them again.
Task force 141.
They were there too, assigned on the same mission, my mask pulled on my face as I stood near Keegan and the rest near me, Merrick was greeting captain price while I held my position.
I could see ghost he was just in a....undescribable situation his mask looked heavy like his eyes, I knew he recognized me even through my mask.
gaz and soap were staring at me, Merrick introduced me, "This is sergeant y/n, Sniper and close combat expert and weapon operator" I stepped up nodding and stepped back again.
we split up for the mission, I was glad to be paired with Keegan like always the mission wasn't hard just clearing a bunch of idiots that's it.
We gathered around once again as Merrick and price were talking to each other.
"y/n" I heard soap as I looked at him when a hand snaked around my waist, I looked up at Keegan as he was staring at ghost "how ya holdin up?" Soap spoke, "alive" I looked at him before Merrick told us we were going to a pub.
Keegan sighed loudly for us to hear as Logan quickly grabbed me away from Keegan, "if you're not going she is" Logan pointed at Keegan as I sighed, "I'm" Keegan mumbled as Logan and hesh teased him.
There daily duty.
"She looks happy", gaz muttered out as soap gave a small nod, ghost was watching the scene unfold, you did look happy he hated the fact how Keegan lingered around you, he hated to see another man lay there hands on you he hated himself too.
Later at pub we were all sat in one table as Keegan sat beside me to my other side sat ghost, I didn't drink much but Keegan did for some stupid reason because Logan challenged him, he decided to beat Logan and his wasted now.
He hugged me as I sighed he was mumbling things, "so hope everything good?" Price asked me as I nodded at him.
"y/n let's go home" Keegan whinned, "what are you guys? Married?" Gaz laughed in annoyance, ofcours Keegan wouldn't stay put.
"she receives all the wild flowers I collect for her during missions we're more than married", suddenly ghost drank up his shot at once and slammed the glass back on the table.
There was a awkward tension in the air.
"she's better than some bitch who has ugly braided hair" Keegan looked at ghost as I slapped his shoulder lightly while Merrick signaled me to take him back.
"Y/N doesn't do relationships" gaz added with a small laugh but I knew he meant it, the situation was very tense now as Keegan snorted "she loves me unlike-", I quickly grabbed his waist and stood up to take him back.
"I'll take him back enjoy your night" I lifted Keegan slowly as Logan shouted behind us, "KEEGAN LIKES YOU" I could hear Merrick scolding him in a distance, Logan being the tease as always.
"Hold up we are almost there", I helped Keegan out of the car as he mumbled, I couldn't hear, "you know what, I think I like you kid" I laughed a little.
"I like you too keegs" I dropped him on his bed sighing deeply, he patted the bed next to him as I sat there listening to him he could get talkative when drunk.
"when you first shot me I was going to kill you but the apology through comm made me somehow...laugh" he admitted as I hummed.
"Merrick trust you a lot not only him all the ghosts especially Keegan p. Russ"
"and I hated how ghost was looking at you" his jealous not doubt.
"there's something on your face" he spoke as I wiped my face whatever it was, "no not there come here" Keegan told me to bend down to his eye level, suddenly he shot up lifting his mask giving a quick peck on my lips as my eyes widened, he was giggling.
"you're so much better than mara kid don't let her get to you", he mumbled and fell asleep.
Keegan was never one to lose his cool He was the silent ghost. Only resorting to violence when on the battlefield. The rest of the time he was calm and collected but you just attracted everyone around you.
