I followed behind Keegan as he led to the training ground.
I was doomed for sure, I kept my eyes on my boots as he stopped and pulled out a sniper, "so" Keegan spoke while aiming the sniper to a training board.
"I'm sorry sir I couldn't pay a visit", I spoke while my eyes where still glued to the ground, "you know how much angry I was when your sorry was through a godamm comm" he replied while shooting his shot as I gulped.
I stood silent, "do you know why I'm here?" He asked me as I shook my head ,"I'm in charge to train you" I nodded at him.
one day training with him was going to be hard but it will pass by but my thoughts were wrong as always when Keegan spoke again, "for 1 godamm week I had to leave the ghosts behind because I couldn't deny laswell".
Wait what? 1 week?? 1 WEEK TRAINING?? WITH KEEGAN??, I already disliked laswell now I'm even more angry with this, I was clenching my hands tight behind my back while Keegan was talking "hope you're a fast learner", he spoke as I nodded again
His sniper rifle touched my chin as he lifted my chin up, I was now facing him "I'm not a very patient man kid" he spoke as I was doing nothing than a nod.
He threw a rifle towards me as I caught it, he taught me perks on snipper as I was waiting for it to end everytime I moved a little he would get defensive, it was almost like he was waiting for me to make a move so he can get rid of me.
"that's it tomorrow around 7 Am sharp want you here" he spoke while I quickly stood up to go my way and gave him a nod, "did you hear me?" He spoke as I twitched my face but pulled out a smile "yes sir" I quickly went my way, I just had to survive 1 week with him.
I bumped into someone while I was going to my room as I knew who it was, "I feel like he hates me" I spoke as ghost sighed "Keegan? His always like this"
I hope his always like this behavior doesn't kill me.
I nodded at ghost, "ya tired" he spoke as he was staring down at me "why gonna carry me?" I asked looking at him, "for that do I have to bend down?" He replied as he was calling me short.
"no bicth I'll climb you" I replied as he chuckled and lifted me up it was like I weighed nothing to this guy "you two have a history" ghost spoke as he dropped me on my bed.
I rolled on it , I was silent and after a while I told him about how I knew Keegan ghost was sitting on the edge of my bed as I swung my leg on his lap, "you're scared of him and not me?" I looked at him as he was looking back at me.
I stared for a while and burst out laughing and hit his shoulder, "the fuck there's nothing scary about you".
Ghost was taken back by what you said, everyone he met have been intimidated by him but you were friendly like you knew each other since the start, you didn't hide around him or treated him with respect due to his rank you were just you with him.
"snap out Simon", ghost stared back as I tilted my head, I looked at his sleeves and pulled them up showing his tattoos, I admired them it was cool honestly I wanted to get one too "I love them do they have meaning?" I spoke while grabbing his hands as he was sighing "don't you have training tomorrow you should sleep" he spoke as I nodded.
"you look tired too, si lay down a bit" he was smiling a little under his mask at your gesture, he just shook his head and told me I was childish when I grabbed his hoodie and tugged him in bed, "i'm sleeping goodnight" I spoke while hugging his waist
Ghost decided to stay for a while till you fell asleep but he woke up next morning around 5.
he didn't even knew when he fell asleep but he had the coziest night in his lifetime, he didn't had any nightmares either he looked at you peacefully sleeping as your legs where on his and he had actually hugged you.
He breathed in as he could smell your scent he quitely woke up not to disturb you as he fixed the blanket on you and left, if someone saw him there would be unnecessary rumours.
By the morning Keegan was in the training field waiting for you but you didn't show up, he watched the rookies train when one of the rookie cursed.
he quickly went towards the rookie as she noticed him, "there watch your mouth" he spoke while the rookie apologized "women should never curse-" Keegan was cut off by another curse word from a distance.
"get fucked", he didn't need to turn around he knew it was you, the rookies were giggling as he coughed "fuck you talkin bout ay" there was another curse from you as he made his way towards you it seemed like you were arguing with soap about something.
