Amberlee hums to the music playing in her ears, her sketching carefully the faces of Shauna and Clint. She wanted to go on and get started on the painting immediately, the most she wants to take is three weeks and even then her heart pounds out of her chest because she feels like if she doesn't hurry up they will end up...going and the painting not being able to get finished.
But also she doesn't want to rush on the painting, that meeting last night she had with them taught her that time is of the essence and just to be more...grateful of the people she has around her. It just lets her know that she needs to cherish things more than she already has. All in all she wants the painting to be perfect for Shauna and Clint, she wants them to smile brightly at the painting just like they did last night. It honestly brought a smile to her face but it also brought tears to her eyes as well, it was beautiful but heart breaking.
But she tells herself not to think that way right now, because Ryder did bring out a good point last night. They would be in much more pain if they lived longer, and even though it may be hard, at least they will go in peace, and Amberlee wants to be sure that this painting plays a big part of them going in peace.
Amberlee just shakes her head before she focuses all of her attention on the painting, humming to her instrumental music in her ears, swaying her head softly to the music while she sketches. She looks towards the door when she sees Amir put the code in before opening the door and closing the door behind him. Amberlee takes one of her earphones from her ear, raising her eyebrows at Amir.
"I need you to come to the arcade with me. Sorry I forgot to tell you." Amir mentions.
"Amir I'm working." Amberlee motions towards the painting.
"Okay first of all it's seven thirty give yourself a break." Amir says making Amberlee roll her eyes at him. "And second I already told Summer you were coming as well as Anna. You wouldn't want to break her little heart would you? Especially with what happened yesterday." He says while giving a sad face.
Amberlee rolls her eyes while huffing. "I hate you."
"Awesome see you there." He says before leaving out of the office.
Amberlee rolls her eyes, looking at the sketch that she finished of Shauna and Clint. She sighs a little bit before she stands up, putting up the canvas before she grabs her purse and makes her way out of the door, closing it and locking it with her keys before she makes her way to the house, putting the code in making the gate open and her parking in the driveway. She closes the door behind her and goes to make her way inside of the house, closing the door behind her.
Annalise jumps up from Max's lap with a big smile on her face. "LeeLee!" She exclaims happily, running over to her with her arms out.
"Hey sunshine!" Amberlee smiles, going to pick her up and sweep her of her feet and hug her. "Whatcha doing?"
"I'm playing games!" Annalise answers excitedly while putting her hands up.
"Oh yeah? How would you like to play some more games at the arcade? Amir and Summer are there." Amberlee suggests with a smile.
"Really?!" Annalise Max and Lucas all question in union, Lucas and Max going to stand up at the same time and Annalise face lightning up.
Amberlee looks at Max and Lucas in confusion. "What? You both aren't going."
"Oh no." Max waves.
"We don't want to go." Lucas says.
Amberlee looks between them, her eyes slowly going to widen in realization. "Oh Jesus disgusting!" She rolls her eyes. "Anna come on I'll save you from our parents."
