Amberlee reaches over Ryder to turn off the alarm, Ryder slowly beginning to wake up and him rubbing his eyes a little, it being five in the morning. She feels his forehead with the back of her hand, feeling his warm head back to its normal temperature. "How's your head?"
Ryder raises up. "Much better." He responds making Amberlee smile. "Thank you."
Amberlee kisses him softly, him kissing her back. "You're welcome. Come on let's go on and get ready." She says while getting up.
He goes to get up as well, both of them going into their showers and getting cleaned up. Ryder runs his hands through his hair while he lets the water pour down on his face. He won't lie and say he isn't nervous he is, when it comes to his community anything can happen and when things happen it all happens so fast. But at least he has one thing he hasn't in the past, cops surrounding him and also Eleven being there.
He washes his hair and goes to bathe before he makes his way out of the shower, him drying off before he wraps his towel around his waist, going to brush his teeth and wash his face then make his way out of the bathroom and in his room. He puts on his blue boxers before he puts on some black suit pants and a black buttoned up shirt, putting down the collar and leaving four buttons unbuttoned, rolling up the sleeves to his elbows, going to put on his black belt.
He looks over at Amberlee when she makes her way inside of the room, her wearing a black leather body suit long sleeved shirt tucked into her high rise leather black pants with black closed toed heels, her hair in a high ponytail with two strands of thick hair on each temple, mascara being on her lashes and lip gloss on her hips. "No purple?"
Amberlee shakes her head. "Sending a message." She replies simply.
Ryder nods his head. "Could you do my hair in braids?"
"Yeah." Amberlee responds, him going to sit down and Amberlee doing his hair in two braids starting at the scalp, the braids touching the top of his shoulders. "There you go."
"Appreciate it." Ryder stands up, looking back at Amberlee and turning his body to face her. "You good?"
Amberlee nods her head while she looks aimlessly to the side, lightly biting the inside of her mouth. "I won't lie and say I'm not nervous Ryder I am, but I'm sick and tired of this shit and I need it to end. So with that just talk to them convince them but stay with the cops. Do not go anywhere private."
Ryder nods his head. "Understood."
Amberlee nods, her letting out a little breath, looking at the watch on her wrist to see that it is fifteen minutes til six. "Stay safe."
"I will." He responds before he hugs her, them hugging each other for a long time before they lightly pull away, her hands running down his large muscular arms. "Anything you want to do when I get back we'll do."
Amberlee smiles at him. "I just want us to come back here and maybe...take out our frustrations?" She suggests with quirked brows and a smile.
Ryder chuckles, him nodding his head. "You want to work out wit me?"
Amberlee rolls her eyes making him laugh. "Yeah I do want to work out with you, just not in the way you think."
"Blunt. I like that." He responds before they hear a car pull up, it being a armored jeep.
"Do you have your phone?" Amberlee questions.
"Yes." He responds.
"Okay I'll be watching you on TV when you give your speech. After you are done as soon as you get in that car you call me and we stay on the phone until you get into the plane." Amberlee says.
