Chapter 63: Deja Vu

"Tic tac toe three in the row!" The doctor smiles while shaking the piece of paper.

"Okay in some way you find it in yourself to cheat!"

"How the hell do you cheat in tic tac toe?"

"I don't know but—"

"WE NEED DOCTORS!" Lucas booms out when they slam inside of the door, Ryder being on the hospital bed while doctors roll them in.

"Please! Save him! Save him!" Amberlee sobs out while doctors begin to make their way to Ryder, all of them beginning to attach things to him to read his vitals, a doctor getting up on top of Ryder to begin performing CPR while they put a oxygen mask around his nose and mouth.

"You all must stay here!" The doctor says.

"NO!"

"Amberlee!" Max and Nancy grab Amberlee's arms, her falling to the floor from her trying to run forward but Max and Nancy pulling her back. Amberlee still kicks and screams while trying to pry herself free from Max and Nancy'a grasp.

"Ambie please calm down sweetheart!" Nancy cries, her arms wrapping around her as she goes on her knees, Amberlee still kicking and screaming and trying to push Nancy away.

"Lucas!" Max calls out.

Things become faint for Lucas, him looking down at his shaky bloodied hands, his eyes beginning to fill with tears.

"Max stay with me please stay with me!"

"No no no no no!"

"We need a doctor! Call an ambulance! Hurry call an ambulance!"

"Max please stay with me!"

"Stay with me!"

"Lucas!"

Lucas quickly turns around, Max taking his hand and leading him to Amberlee. Lucas quickly gets down on his knees, Amberlee still yelling out while kicking and screaming, Amir putting a hand over his mouth while crying as well as Stephanie, Mike and Eleven getting on their knees with them, all of them going to get on their knees.

"LET ME GO! LET ME GO!"

"I know Angel I know." Lucas cries, him going to hug her tightly. She tries to fight Lucas off, her trying to push him off by his shoulders but she feels her body slowly beginning to grow more tired and tired.

The door slams open to reveal the others, them running over towards them. "What happened?!" Dustin questions.

"Ryder he..." Mike trails off, him running a hand through his hair.

All of them look in agony as Amberlee sobs out, Lucas holding her tightly while he even cries himself, all of them beginning to shed tears while looking at the scene.

Amberlee looks at wide eyes when she looks at her shaky hands, looking at all of the blood that covers her hands. "No no no no!"

"No no Ryder it's okay you have to stay with me help will be here soon just stay with me please you have to stay with me!" Amberlee cries, Mike and Eleven and Amir quickly getting on their knees and applying pressure to the wounds.

"NOOOOOO!" Amberlee booms out, her crying more harder.

"NO! Ryder please! Ryder please!" Amberlee sobs out.

"NOOO!" Amberlee sobs out in agony, her putting her bloodied hands against her temples hard.

They all look towards the doctor when she quickly rounds the corner, her running over to them, blood covering her gloves as well. They all look at her with wide eyes, seeing how she purses her lips while tears fill her eyes, her slowly beginning to shake her head.
