Chapter 92 Check Up

*2 weeks later*

The short, old lady walked past several gossiping workers. Medicine Girl muttered under her breath as she used her cane to move them out of her way. Today was going to be busy and she had an important appointment. The hotel was still undergoing repairs, but the bunker where the gang did work was fully functional.

Pushing open the plastic curtain that led to her medical bay, the little lady saw the two omega boys standing there in short-shorts and tiny tank tops. Their alphas were standing against the walls, but the doctor didn't bother looking at them.

"Up on the tables, you two," Medicine Girl ordered as she walked to her ultrasound machine and turned it on. "Time to get a look at the pups growing in those bellies. Need to make sure you're growing them right."

The pair crawled on the bed cuddling together. Their tiny shirts took away the need for Medicine girl to tell them to lift anything. Izu was so nervous to see inside his own belly. Even with the pups they had before all of this was a new process for them. Shinsou explained how all of this worked to Denki before they came.

"Press tummy and then beep beep beep and then see baby" Denki said explaining things to Izu the best way he knew his friend would understand. "Right Toshi? See baby on screen?"

"Is right?" Izu asked looking toward his alphas while the little lady got her gel.

Kirishima nodded his head and pet Izuku's hair back. "That's right. Just a little rubbing on your tummy. Nothing inside. But we can see inside."

Izuku looked at him confused. Katsuki rolled his eyes and stepped up. "It's a weird machine that does something cool. You'll see." Kat smiled and rubbed Izuku's cheek.

Both of Izuku's mates were dressed in fancy suits. Kirishima wore a dark crimson shirt under a black jacket and Katsuki had an orange shirt under his gray vest. Izuku liked the black lines that drew flowers across one side of the vest. Both of his alphas were so handsome and he loved that they were both his and that they loved him.

"This'll be a bit cold," Medicine Girl warned before squirting a glob of jelly on both omegas. She used the wide wand to spread the jelly around over their lower abdomen. "Green one first." She looked at the monitor as she slowly moved the ultrasound scanner around, looking for the uterus.

Medicine girl moved the wand around for a bit. She typed a few things into the computer before turning the monitor towards them. "Alright and we're in" she said showing them a little ball that was their baby.

"Baby?" Izu asked looking at the screen. Kat and Eijiro held themselves together finally seeing their pup growing inside of Izu's body. They knew the pup would stretch out his little body and soon look like a walking egg.

"Babies" The alphas heard Medicine girl say. "Yes, babies. I see about, 3 if I'm not mistaken."

"T-three?" Kirishima's eyes went wide then began to flutter. "Oh... Ho' shi..." The big man tipped backwards and crashed on his back onto another examination table, making the room shake a little.

Shinsou rolled his eyes and chuckled. "You guys didn't look up anything about omega breeding? It's very common for litters to be multiple pups." He pet Denki's hair and smiled. The two hadn't discussed it yet, Shinsou had looked it up online and got a bit concerned about raising multiple pups, but he wasn't sure he could deny Denki if he wanted to have a big family.

Katsuki leaned down and nuzzled Izuku, still a bit amazed. "Three pups... Our pups? Our babies..." Kat couldn't believe it. He had done it. He had become a father.

Izuku started to purr nuzzling into his alpha. He looked at the monitor to see the babies resting in his belly. Izu didn't really know how to react to this, it was amazing to him. Being able to see his pups inside of himself for the first time, to know they're really in there.
