"How do I look? Do I look good? Is my hair good?" Hanta asked in a panic.
"Your hair is fine, Soysauce Face," Bakugo grumbled.
"What about my tie? Is my tie straight?"
"It's fine, Sero. It looks very manly." Kirishima gave him a thumbs up.
"What about my handkerchief? Does it...?" But Hanta got cut off this time by Shinsou.
"Dude, you're fine." Shinsou rubbed his eyes. He still looked like he hadn't slept in weeks. "Just relax and stand there. You're technically already married. This is just for fun."
"It still needs to be perfect for Shoto!" Hanta hissed quietly. He didn't want the crowd sitting in the church to hear.
After the first weeks of having their babies at home, Hanta had decided that they should get this wedding done. And done properly. Momo and the girls had been a godsend these past months. They scheduled the service at the church, organized a reception party, and did all the decorating. All Shoto and Hanta had to do was answer questions about what they wanted done.
Shoto had certainly been happy when he learned that "dress shopping" didn't mean he had to watch others get outfits for his wedding, but was, in fact, he enjoyed having them all come along and support him as he picked out his special wedding dress. Momo, Mina, Ura, the girls from the salon, Uncle Twinkle of course, and even some of the omegas he knew from The Pynk had been there to give support, sample wedding cakes, and drink all the non-alcoholic champagne they could.
And now the day was here. The church was full of hotel staff, gang members, some of the omegas from the club, and Shoto's friends and family. Even some of his old buyers were here to support him. But they sat in the back in case the users got rambunctious or needed to step out. Hanta was actually a bit surprised at the size of the crowd.
"I wonder how Shoto is handling all this," Hanta wondered, looking towards the back of the church where the preparation room for the bride was.
"Hold it right if you're gonna help!" Shoto commanded Momo who was adamant about keeping his dress clean. The omega looked in the mirror one last time remembering everything he had done for this day. The full week of dress shopping, the constant change in the budget and finding the perfect shoes.
"You think Izu will beg for his wedding to be after this one?" Mina asked and Shoto turned his head growling.
"He better not. This is my day." Shoto snapped. When Izu and Denki heard about the wedding they had tons of questions about what it was. Shoto explained as best he could for them to run to their alphas wanting weddings of their own. "My day."
At the entrance of the walk way everyone rose from their seats as the wedding music played. Shoto stepped out in his dress. A powder blue princess gown with white trim and lace on top. His flowers were white with his hair in large curls.
"Oh God," Hanta said in a panic. "It's happening. This is happening." Sweat was starting to form on his forehead. Why was he panicking? He'd done this before in the hospital. He needed Shoto to come back. He needed to see his babies. Maybe he was just getting separation anxiety. Perhaps he should run down and check on them!
"Oh no you don't." Bakugo growled and grabbed the groom's arm after Hanta started to take a step. "You're staying right here, Scotch Tape." He grumbled and took out his handkerchief and wiped Hanta's forehead clean of sweat. "This is a stupid fucking job for a Best Man."
"But you do it so well, babe," Kirishima said with a grin. Even Shinsou was chuckling. "And if you want him to be your best man for our wedding, you better do it well."
