"So we're...supposed to do this?" Shoto seemed confused as he squatted down and put his arms forward and tried to lean forward without falling over.

"I guess," Hanta replied, copying the position. "I feel like a sumo wrestler."

They were standing in the middle of the living room. All of the furniture had been pushed to the sides of the room to make an open space in the middle. And in that open space, the couple had put out two large yoga mats that Hanta had bought for them because he read in a random magazine that yoga can help a pregnant omega give birth easier. So the two of them stood on their mats, watching a YouTube video of maternity yoga poses, and doing their best to imitate.

"Oh God!" Hanta groaned as he sat down and tried to pull his heels in.

Shoto struggled more causing his alpha to quickly run to his side and hold him under his arms. "You know. The lady on the video said I have to help you." Hanta reminded his lover who kept trying to do things by himself.

"I'm... no...weakling!" Shoto strained as his large body was pulled down by sheer gravity. The omega's stomach has grown so large it had taken over half his body mass. The omega was in so much pain lately but wouldn't say a word about it just breath heavily in frustration.

"Nobody called you weak baby. But you need to let me help you. Or at least use the yoga ball" Hanta directed looking at the big black ball over in the corner.

"I can d-do it... myself..." Shoto strained and breathed though his face began to turn red. "Ok ok... get the ball. I'm gonna fall."

"Got it!" Hanta raised his arm and fired a strip of tape at it. Once it was hooked, he yanked it over to them. And he did all this without ever letting go of his mate. Hanta carefully rolled the ball under Shoto's back and up to his butt so that he would be supported and not fall. With the yoga ball, Shoto could put all his weigh on it without worry.

"You're doing great, baby," Hanta encouraged as they repeated the position. "You've got this." He gave Shoto a kiss on the cheek as the slowly slid his ankles in.

Shoto went back to taking calmer breaths. They had told Medicine Girl that they didn't want to know the gender until birth and instead created several sets of possible names. The pair wanted to be surprised but Shoto was getting too impatient to keep waiting.

"Why don't you guys just get out already?" Shoto whined as he bounced on the ball for the video's intermission. "It's been like a year already. I can't possibly stay pregnant any longer. If they're over cooked it's your fault!"

Hanta chuckled and nuzzled into Shoto's neck. "Sadly, 'they' are the ones who decide when they want to come out. The doctor said they would induce you in a week if they don't come out on their own."

Shoto felt his husband's arms wrap around him and hug him from behind. "But I'm getting a bit impatient too. I want to see our babies." Hanta's voice was full of joy and excitement. "I want to hold them all in my arms. I'll carry them all just like you have."

"I don't think you have enough arm space for that" Shoto giggled putting his hands over Hanta's and nuzzling his shoulder. Though in that moment there was some movement both parents felt. Shoto groaned feeling their babies shift around in his belly. "Ohhhh..." he groaned stopping his bouncing for a moment. Shoto took some extra breathes before calming down himself.

Hanta knew not to ask if he needed anything in those moments. Sho would always refuse unless he was in absolute need for help. The omega leaned on his alpha husband and started bouncing on the ball again. "I think I'm good with this for now. Trying to hold them all up is too much."

"Need me to lend a few hands?" Hanta asked, starting to reach under his big belly and giving it some support. There had been a few times when Hanta did this and Shoto asked him to never stop. On the video, they started the yoga positions again. The next one let Shoto stay on the ball since it was mostly arm stretches.
