Chapter 100 The Countdown

Week 18  of Pregnancy

"Alright you're use to this part right Izu?" The nurse asked the omega holding his orange and red dress he was wearing.

"Yes," Izu said smiling and looking at his belly. "The gel, will be cold. And then the wand." Eijiro was proud of his mate for his speech improvements. Since Kat was gone he decided to focus more time on Izu's education. He wanted his omega to be able to have intellectual conversation.

"Good job" the nurse cooed knowing the omega was learning more now. Izu squealed in delight nuzzling his mate's hand.

Eijiro purred softly as he pet Izuku's cheek. "Very good, love. You're doing so good." Eiji had learned from Shinsou that constant reinforcement helped the omegas to feel good about their improvement. "Your lessons with Momo have really been paying off. Kat is going to be so happy."

The redhead smiled and booped Izu's nose. "You excited to go see him today?"

"Oh yes yes yes!" Izu squealed as the cold gel was put on his growing bump. A soft kiss on the forehead made him purr. The ultrasound was quick, it being a simple check up to measure their twins.

"Ok, babies are growing at the perfect rate" the nurse said as the machine printed out the new photos of their twins. "Here you go, as usual, an update. One for you guys and one for Mr. Bakugo. Tell him everyone is rooting for him. We all kind of miss his yelling and cursing."

Eijiro laughed. "Oh I know. Everybody thought they'd love the silence. But now they want the noise back."

With a kiss, Eijiro lifted up Izuku, got him redressed and walked him out of the medical wing. As they headed towards the garage, all the staff and gang members gave them similar messages. They wanted Kat to know that he had their support and to let him know that they were cheering for him. It made Eijiro unbelievably proud that so many of the workers in the hotel supported their boss trying to better himself.

It meant a lot to him.

Packing Izuku into the car, Eijiro gave the omega the picture to hold on to until they got the center. It had become their little ritual. Izuku gave the picture to Kat so the alpha could get his weekly "hit" from his mate. It was the one pseudo-drug that Eiji allowed him.

Getting in the driver's seat and starting the ride there, Eijiro looked at his little mate. "Have you thought of any more baby name ideas to share with Kat? I know he's been really picky about the last ones you came up. He just wants to make sure these first pups have the perfect names."

"What makes perfect name?" Izu wondered if he wasn't trying hard enough. They had opened some books and in the next few weeks they would know the gender.

"It just has to come from the heart and maybe have meaning to our family" Eijiro said as he watched his mate go into his thinking face.

"ALRIGHT TIME FOR VISITATION" a guard yelled down the hall making Kat grumble from being woken up. He quickly got up though, he didn't want to miss 1 second with Izu. "Go ahead and line up there." Kat stood among other people in a line. When the doors opened he went to a table to sit down. After another few minutes he heard the light giggle of his mate.

"KAACHAN!!" Izu screamed as usual briskly walking to his mate. Kat ran to him lifting him right up to kiss his face. Izu kissed him back as they all sat down. "I have picture. A-another picture." Izu handed Kat the photo of their unborn twins in his womb.

"Mmm look at them. They're getting so big!" Kat nuzzled Izuku's face and smothered himself with the omega's scent. "I can't wait for them to be here. They're going to be perfect. As cute as their mother and as big as their daddies." He winked at Eijiro, who was standing back to let Kat have this moment.
