"We have to go in, eventually," Eijiro coaxed. He looked down at the terrified Izuku who was holding onto Denki and the seatbelt of the car like an anchor.

The conversation between the omegas and alphas yesterday had gone over well at first. Izuku and Denki had accepted that they had to terminate some of their pups in order to keep a set of twins. Momo had immediately scheduled an appointment with the doctors to see if this was a realistic possibility. But the sudden news that they were going to the hospital had reignited their panic. They hadn't had enough time and they worried that this was a trick. They had been forced to bring Anzu from the house to keep the omegas from having full-blown panic attacks.

And now, their large truck was parked in front of the hospital. Katsuki and Momo stood outside while Shinsou and Eijiro tried to convince their mates to come out and go inside. But the word "tests" continued to frighten them. Only Anzu, the mother whose lap they sat in, was able to talk to them.

"Breath" she said to them. The two began to mimic her breathing pattern calming themselves down. Not even the scents of their mates let them believe they they weren't going to lose them all. "Come. Must prepare for motherhood. Promise it'll be ok."

"Promise p-promise?" Denki sniffled still shaking.

"Promise promise promise" Anzu said back to her son. Izu was still silent still having the urge to run away. Eijiro saw the omega's leg bouncing and starting to mess with his shoes. The knew Izu ran faster barefoot so the alphas stood in a protective formation.

"Don't run please" Eijiro said to his mate whose eyes were darting for exits. "You were so tired when you finally calmed down. You slept so long and woke up sick. Please don't start running again."

"Bad for baby" Anzu said making Izu rethink his plan. If he couldn't run away because he would hurt his babies, he wouldn't. Both omegas gave her a look saying they were as ready as they could be. "Go on... alpha waiting."

The two small omegas stepped out of the truck and stood there waiting for Anzu. When the blonde mother stepped out, they both held her hands and stayed close to her. Katsuki and Momo led the group, Eijiro and Shinsou brought up the rear, and Uraraka, Mina, and Aizawa were close by as protection. Even with the news that Shiguraki was done looking for Izu and Denki, the alphas refused to lower the protection detail of their mates. It was also to ensure that the boys didn't try to run and end up getting themselves or their pups hurt.

The public crowd all moved out of the way of the four alphas and their posse. Their dominating scents and generally intimidating appearance made every person want to stay away and not get involved with them. Taking the elevator to the familiar floor, Izuku and Denki were led to the examination room where Medicine Girl and Dr. Nighteye were waiting.

The tiny woman huffed and stomped her cane on the floor. "And what is the problem now? What have these two boys done that made you call us so urgently?" She pointed her cane at the alpha mates. "Is this your fault?" The elderly woman gave the three males a knowing look. She was still waiting for the decision to be made about the terminations, but for the sake of the omegas, she played ignorant, not knowing that the boys were aware already.

"Go ahead, tell her" Anzu said encouraging the omegas to speak up for themselves. This was their body and Medicine Girl needed to know that they were serious about this decision.

"Want 2" Izu said holding up his 2 fingers. Denki did the same while they both remained anchored to Anzu.

"We don't want to... lose all. We want 2" Denki said with a bit more confidence.

"That's still a big risk" Medicine Girl responded. Nighteye stepped up to do more explaining.

"Even though it would be less dangerous than having them all you're both still extremely small" the doctor said in an almost unemotional manner. But seeing the looked on their faces he knew trying to force them down to 1 wasn't an option. "It is possible you would both survive if we have a scheduled c section instead of you delivering naturally."
