I'm not going to lie; this is actually getting weird again. Jenna and Emma are around each other 24/7 when we are on set. The only time I really see Jenna is when we are working on scenes. Jenna doesn't seem to notice that I am not very thrilled about this.
"Oh, Emma, we have to hang out after work." Jenna expressed her excitement, as she always does when Emma is present.Oh, and did I mention that the character Emma, who was cast, is Jenna's character's old girlfriend?
"Yes, we do!" It feels like forever since we shot the last season of Wednesday." Emma said she stressed the word "forever." I am sitting here beside them, just listening to their conversation, as I have been for the last 4 days of work. Emma looked at me, and her expression changed.
"Um, so China, how are you?" Emma said, and I'm guessing the facial expression she saw wasn't a good one.
"Oh, it's great of you to ask." I said that while trying not to sound like an asshole. Jenna looked over at me, and it then registered with her.
"Oh shit. I'm so sorry." Jenna said so and came and sat next to me instead of Emma.
"Can I talk to you for a second?" I said it very dryly, and the look on Jenna's face dropped completely.
"I'll give you a few moments." Excuse me." Emma said as she walked away from the situation. As soon as she walked away, I looked at Jenna.
"Baby, I'm sorry. I was just really excited to see Emma." "But that does not excuse my behavior." Jenna said, grabbing my hand.I just looked at her because I have no clue how this conversation is going to end.
"The last four days, Jenna." "We have only been together a week." I said, and Jenna looked really sad at me.
"Uh, I'm fucking up already." Jenna said, placing her hand on her brow.She looked like she was really pissed at herself.
"No, just remember you have a girlfriend." I said calmly, and she just looked at me.
"Yes. I'm sorry." Jenna said as she rested her head on my shoulder.
"And one other thing." "Stop flirting with Emma." I brushed her head off my shoulder and said. This is why I didn't want to date anyone. My anger and jealousy are out of control. Jenna sat there, looking guilty as hell.
"I'm just going to ask this now because I think I know the answer." Jenna exhaled a long sigh.
"What?" I was actually annoyed that she had a question.
"Are you mad at me?" Jenna said, her sad eyes looking up at me.
"Yeah, Jenna, pretty much." You can ask me a question, but you can not say that you were not flirting with Emma." I said I was trying not to get heated. Maybe I'm overreacting, but this isn't right. Just then, Emma walked back over towards us and heard that last statement.
