China POV

It's been three days since Emerald was born, and I have been running around like a chicken with my head cut off. Between the hospital and home, plus my family's house, I am always doing something. The amount of time I have spent in my car is insane. Jenna and the baby still have about a week and a half before they are coming home. Right now, I am chilling at the house with Isis before I go back to visit Jenna and the baby for the night.

"What are you doing?" Isis said as she sat beside me on the couch. We were watching episodes of Bad Girls Club. She had left to go to the bathroom a couple minutes prior.

"Umm, same thing I was doing before you went to the bathroom." I said with a raised eyebrow, Does she think I flew away and came back?

"Don't be a smart ass. How are your wife and daughter doing?" Isis said, and she lightly threw her leg over mine. I didn't mind, though, because it was innocent and friendly.

"They are both napping. I talked to Jenna a little while ago; she said Emerald sleeps most of the day, and she was about to nap too." I chuckled thinking about them.

"Good, Jenna really needs to rest. You do too, ma'am. Isis turned her head to the side and glared at me.

"I'll get some rest before I bring them home. I stay up when I stay at the hospital with them." I said it because I knew she was about to curse me out.

"You better. I will whoop your ass." Isis said, moving her leg off me and stretching her body while still sitting. I looked over at her, honestly confused about why I thought bringing her here was a good idea. Isis gets up and starts walking around the room, looking at everything. "You guys have a beautiful home."

"Thank you." I said this as my eyes followed her around the room.

"We are friends, right? Isis said, suddenly turning to look at me.

"Yeah, of course. You're in my house, right?" I said it with a light chuckle. Isis rolled her eyes at my response.

"Okay, that might have been a dumb question." Isis chuckled. I looked at her, amused and confused about what she could have meant.

"I mean, like, we are friends, meaning I can tell you things without you judging me." Isis spoke slowly, trying to get her words out correctly. I slowly nodded, and she sighed in relief.

"Okay umm. I think I have a crush on you." Isis continued, but before I could respond, she finished saying, "And your wife."

"Excuse me, what? I asked with the most bewildered look on my face.

"I just wanted to be honest with you up front. I am not joking at all. Isis said, and I was in shock because she didn't just tell me; she told both of us.

"You like both of us?" I asked, still very confused and bewildered, and just as Isis was about to respond, my phone rang. It was Jenna. I answered the phone and heard my wife's voice.

"I miss you so much, and they keep feeding me disgusting food." Jenna said it as soon as I answered. She was whispering slightly because the baby was still asleep. Isis stood in front of me.

Isis was patiently waiting to receive her response after I got off the phone.

"I miss you too, baby. I'll be back there to spend the night in a couple of hours. I said, still looking at Isis, who was staring me down.

"Is Isis still there?" Jenna asked, and I chuckled. And yes, of course, I did not bring this woman into my wife's house without her knowing.

"She definitely is." I said, and Isis chuckled at that and smirked.
