DECLAN:
Christmas morning was bittersweet, Teddy's face when he saw that Santa had been was magical and seeing how happy he was opening the presents but it was heartbreaking knowing Ads wasn't here to see it, every day Teddy asks me if mummy is coming home today and it's just as hard everyday saying no.
We're in the car driving to Phil's house, as I stop outside Teddy says bye to his sister and Mason, I get his bag and knock the door. Phil and Becca answer, "hey Teddy, Ronnie is in the front room with some new trucks for you both to play with and I think Santa left some presents here. Go to Ronnie to play. Phil and I will come and give you them presents soon little man. Say bye to daddy" Becca says making it easier for Teddy to leave me. He kisses me and runs to Ronnie. "Thank you both so much for this. Honestly please call if he's a pain" I say to them and Phil says "we'll be fine, he can play with Ronnie and we'll make it as fun as possible, go see your girl. Give her our love and wish her merry Christmas" I smile "thank you both, Merry Christmas" as I walk away Becca shouts "tell my girl, she needs to get better for a girls night" she laughs and it makes me smile.
20 minutes later, I've just knocked on Jordan's door, him and Bex open it, "hi guys, thank you both so much for this" Jordan smiles as he takes Evelyn, "stop thanking us, we don't mind, anyway it's godparent duties." I smile and Bex says "you're children are the absolute sweetest. I wanted to speak to you quickly, Jordan and I have been talking and I know in January you've got some international games, so even though our Ads will be home, I want to help, so how about I go round daily help Ads with the little ones. It means you can focus on football without worrying" I gasp in shock at her offer. "Bex... I don't know what to say. Thank you are you sure?" She nods and tells me she's going to speak to Becca as she'll want to help to. I'm so overwhelmed by their love and support. I hand all of Evelyn's stuff over and we head to the hospital.
As I walk in the room, Jack, Chilly and Madders are sitting next to Ads bed. "Hi lads" we say and they give me and Mase a hug, we chat but soon we make sure they're all heading home as it's Christmas. Jack and Ben, tell us they're heading to Phil's with presents for Teddy.
3 days ago, Ads was taken off the machine that was breathing for her but we still had to wait for her body to wake up. Mase and I are sitting talking, and then we feel the bed move, our eyes widen and I say "you saw that right?" He nods and we see Ads eyes opening, I run to the door and call the nurse.
45 minutes later, she's awake and able to talk. I've just held her hands and let the doctors and nurses do their checks. Now they've all left I give her a kiss and say "I'm so glad you're back with me baby" she smiles and says "I'm sorry baby. Where's the kids?" I explain to her and show her the pictures of Teddy this morning. Then she see's Mason looking at the floor crying, she says "babe, go and get you and Mase a coffee, I need to talk to him" I nod and head to the coffee machine.
ADDISON:
I notice Mason is here and crying, I need to talk to him as we left the last time we saw each other terribly. "Mase, look at me" I say and he looks up, I open my arms the best I can because of pain and he hugs me tight "I'm so sorry Ads, I should've listened to you. You were right all along. She's gone, and I promise I'll never choose someone like that over my family again, Ads you mean the world to me and this last week has broke me. I'm lost without you." He says crying, "I'm sorry too, I should've dealt with it better. I'm glad you're here. I love you big bro and I'm lost without you too" as I finish what I'm saying Dec walks in grinning "today is the best Christmas ever, you're awake and you 2 are sorted." I laugh and ask my phone. I open the group chat.

Ads: Anyone busy tomorrow?

-The next day-
It's about 11am and I hear a lot of people then the door opens, in runs Teddy "Mummy awake" he yells as Dec lifts him up to cuddle me. He lays with me but soon asks for Masons phone and sits on the chair. "Hey stranger" Becca says, her and Phil give me a hug and I thank them all for everything. Then Jordan comes in and hugs me tight, "don't ever scare us like that again please" he says, "I promise I won't" I smile and he laughs "I'm so glad your back with us" Bex runs over and hugs me, Evelyn is fast asleep so I tell them to leave her. Bex and Becca tell me all about the plans for when international starts, it's a relief really as I'll be on crutches for a while, so it was going to be difficult.
10 minutes later the others arrive and i see Jack running towards me "Ya fucking frightened us there girl. Please don't ever do that again, we all love ya and missed ya. Your our little sister" I get emotional as he hugs me and says that. "I'd never leave you all, I'd miss you all and love you all too much" they all laugh and take turns in hugging me. Then I see Jude "what the fuck you doing here mister, you should be in Germany until January?" He laughs "I booked the earliest flight I could as soon as I found out." I smile at all my family around me. I keep thanking them all for being here, I notice Dec looks tired and so does Mase. When they go to the toilet I get the lads attention "boys I need you to help me" they all ask how and I reply "get my husband and brother to go home, have a proper bath or shower, a proper meal and a full nights sleep. Can I be a big pain, I know Jordan and Bex said they'd have Evelyn, Jack can you take Teddy for the night please so they can sleep" he nods and says he'd love to have his best friend, Becca and Phil keep apologising that they can't but I reassure them they have plans and it's okay.
It takes a lot of convincing but soon Dec and Mase head home, and so do the other lads, telling me they'll see me soon.
