"Shafi, I would like to clean myself up first before I go to your workshop," Eleanor said to the healer, while they were walking inside the palace.

They were passing through the hallway connecting the main hall to the chambers. The brown walls of the hallway were decorated with colorful ornaments that Eleanor couldn't identify. Passing through this corridor every day this last week makes her familiar with every detailed ornament decorating the wall. Its colors make the boring hallway look lively.

They passed a roving warrior now and then. Sometimes an omega doing an errand or coming from cleaning a certain place in the palace.

Since Eleanor came here, she didn't see the palace empty of people. It is always lively and busy. Seems all the people here had their obligation to fulfill, and they were organized according to their ranks. She slowly understood their duties and responsibilities. Studying with Aminah was starting to pay off. The only strange thing that she noticed was that there are few women there, this place was dominated by men. Even the children, she hadn't seen a single girl child. She thought it was odd, that even the number of little children that could be counted on your fingers in your hand, was composed of all boys. Eleanor didn't ask anyone about her observations. Although her curiosity was killing her, she kept these observations to herself.

"Of course, I was just too excited to inform you of the development of our project," Shafi said to her, still grinning from ear to ear. He seemed excited about this project. His dimple was growing deeper because of his cheeky grin, and it was contagious making Eleanor smile too.

This last week has brought her closer to Shafi. She felt at ease in his presence, and he had quickly become like a long-lost brother to her. His curiosity about her and where she came from, made them closer together. Hence, they came up with this project.

Shafi as a healer was a natural scientist. He taught Eleanor how to create a potion for every sickness that he encountered. He even studied different sicknesses in every animal and plant and had come up with a medicine for each. What astonished Eleanor the most when she first came into his workshop was his detailed information on how to cure a wolf, next to a human. He even had sketches detailing it. In return for teaching Eleanor some basic knowledge about creating potions, she was obliged to answer all his queries about her life and her world.

"I was grateful that you came to tell me. I will be quick and meet you there," Eleanor said to Shafi. She couldn't deny that she was excited about this project too.

"I will leave you with Armin then, My Lady. I will wait for you there. I will just prepare some other things until you come," Shafi said.

She nodded and curtsied to him awkwardly before he turned to leave. Shafi loudly chuckled seeing her awkwardness.

"Don't curtsey for me, My Lady. It's okay, you don't need to be formal with me, and you look funny when you do that," he said to her, still chuckling.

Eleanor shot him a glare, "I know, I was just practicing what I learned on you. So, I don't mess up in front of others." She said to him, rolling her eyes.

"Or do you want to practice more because you felt insecure about Lady Lina?" Shafi teased her. Her eyes went wide, and her face became red because of his teasing.

"I am not!" she retorted too quickly. That makes Shafi laugh out loud more.

"Shafi! What makes you think like that?" she said to him, hitting his arm with her fist.

"Ouch! See you are getting violent now. It means it's true," Shafi teased her more. His eyes were laughing, although he pouted like he was hurt by her punch. He acted cute while rubbing his arm where her fists landed.
