"Master, forgive me," the man kneeling in front of a stone tomb said with a trembling voice. Thick air with a gut-wrenching stench reeked all over the place. Chill was running down his spine, added by the cold air that was seeping through his bones. However, he heeded it no mind. He was in a far worse situation than the stench and the cold around him.

The cave was dark, and moss and bones were scattered everywhere. It would be hard to figure out if the bones once belonged to a human or an animal. The tomb was located at the center of the cave. Stalactite and stalagmites limestones were forming inside. The tomb itself was surrounded by these stone formations, circling around it. It seemed that the stones were creating a mausoleum. Due to how the cave was positioned, it seemed nearly impossible for light from the stars or the moon to penetrate through. The eerie silence gnawing around save for the sound of water dripping and the harsh breathing of the one standing above him was enough to fill one with dread. Every drop of water hitting the little pools on the ground seemed to grow louder to his ears.

Although he didn't want it to be known, he was trembling tremendously. His teeth were grinding together, and his muscles were twitching with fear. The mere aura of the man standing in front of him made him crouch lower.

He was kneeling on a flat part in front of the tomb which was purposely created for people like him. The mere sound of the man's breathing made him bow lower, face kissing the muddy ground while his trembling hands were above his head, continuously rubbing them together, begging for forgiveness from his master.

"Useless...imbecile!" Barked a gruff voice coming from the tomb, hidden by the darkness. Snarling broke the silence and echoed throughout the entirety of the cave. Bats flew out of there, startled by the growl.

"F-forgive me, Master. I...I..." The man couldn't think straight, he was shaking in fear. Hearing the voice of his master caused him to crouch lower and keep his eyes trained away from where the guttural voice boomed.

"SILENCE!" the voice immediately cut whatever the man was going to say. "YOU...had only one job. And you couldn't even do it right! You are such a FAILURE!" the voice roared. "Give me one good reason why I shouldn't kill you right now?" the voice added.

The man heard some movement in the shadows followed by bones breaking from behind the tomb. His eyes widened, realizing what was happening in the shadows. The power of the aura that was looming before him, was intensified. It was slowly engulfing his aura and he could feel that his beast was stirring with fear. His body trembled uncontrollably, he wanted to run out of there but his body was frozen in place. Instead, he crouched and coiled his body more, his head was in between his legs and he couldn't stop shaking.

"M-master...m-master...p-please, g-give me another chance," the man pleaded. He knew that his life was on the line, he needed to think fast to pacify his master or it would be the end of him. He knocked on his head to think about what he should do, but his brain was too shaken with fear, and he couldn't think of anything.

"YOU... just needed to let the girls in, on the border...but instead you just left them to die! Why are you here instead of them? They were more valuable than you, IMBECILE!" his master snarled at him inside his head.

His eyes went wider and were almost bulging out of his socket as he realized that his master was talking to him through their mind link. Then he felt something dripping into his head, the hair on his neck stood from fear. He tried to stop the urge to look up. But he could feel it inside him, his master's power, the dark aura that was surrounding his master was seeping through him. Consuming every bit of his own aura. Controlling every nerve of his body, getting hold of his beast's power. He knew that he couldn't get away from it now. Especially when his master's dark aura prompted him to gradually raise his eyes, and then he saw it. The two bloody deep red eyes were staring intently at him. Looking directly at those eyes, the blood from his face drained. There was a sinister smile painted on his master's beast's snout. Its sharp teeth were bared at him. Drools of saliva were leaking from it and dripping directly onto his head. The creature crouched lower, its face was in front of him, its breath was fanning his face, and he could smell death on them.

"M-Master p-please...I...I didn't leave them...I just went running some errands for them...when I got back they were already s-surrounded. We were outnumbered. They were the best hunters of dispersers in the Aucrolux. One of them was Ashraf, he has killed many of us. I can't do anything against him. I didn't expect him near the Sahara either," he pleaded, even though he knew that it was futile, he still tried to think of a way out of his master's anger. Even if he wanted to avoid its intense gaze, he couldn't move. He was forced to look directly into the creature's red eyes. He felt his master's power in his mind, he was conscious but he could feel him searching through his memories. Checking all the secrets that he was hiding at the back of his mind. The moment a flashback of a memory that happened on that day flashes through his mind. He knew that he was already doomed. He shrank more in his place, shaking uncontrollably and he felt his pants getting wet. The scent of his pee mixed with the stench all over the place.

"There is no place for a COWARD like you here!" the creature growled at the man through their link. Snarling at him, baring more of its sharp teeth at him.

"M-master..." he uttered, but before he could finish what he was about to say he felt a sharp pain in his throat. Before he knew it, he was gurgling with his own blood. Then the man's head was spinning away from his body. His body hit the ground with a thud, shaking furiously with blood spurting from the cut at his neck. The man's head rolled, with his eyes and mouth wide open. A look of shock and disbelief was in them before he gurgled some more blood until his eyes gradually lost their life and death completely took him.

The creature howled, then the entirety of the cave rumbled. A pack of disperser wolves appeared from nowhere inside the cave. There were more or less a hundred disperser wolves there. They stopped at an arm's length from where the body lay, and they all eyed the creature that was standing on his strong and muscled hind legs. The creature let out a growl and all the disperser wolves bent their front legs and bared their necks to him.

The creature grazed his eyes over all the disperser wolves inside the cave, and all of them whimpered in fear when his gaze fell on them. "This will be a reminder to all of you, you should learn to follow and obey my orders, even at the expense of your own life," the creature said to them all through their mind link. Power was reverberating from his body, he licked the blood that was sticking to his sharp claws. He looked at the head of the man with disgust.

Then in one swift motion, he dug his long and sharp claws into the man's chest, digging out his heart, and ate it. He kicked the body of the man towards the pack of dispersers that were kneeling in front of the creature, then munching on the man's heart he went towards the tomb and sat on top of it. The creature wasn't like the other disperser wolves, he was different from them. He wasn't walking on his four paws. He could support his muscled and heavy body with his two strong hind legs. He was standing upright, like a regular man, except that his body was bulky with all the muscles, and his back was arched with a patch of hairs covering his neck and shoulders.

"You can have him now," he said through the mind link. As if on cue, the kneeling dispersers launch at the carcass, and each of them wants to have a part of him. They tore him apart, limb from limb. Eating his flesh, drinking his blood, and tearing every bit of him. The creature watches them eat the man with sinister satisfaction on his face. He knew that all of them were hungry, they were having trouble with the scarcity of food. If it were not for his power to control them they were going to eat each other to survive. They were hiding in darkness for so long, it was time to take control of the land. The reincarnation of Silu'ah came back. She is the key to their survival, she was the one they needed. He wouldn't care to kill one or more of his men who failed to do his bidding, they were useless and imbeciles. He can create more of them once he gets his hands on the reincarnation of Silu'ah.

They need to move fast and enter the Sahara, she was there in all the places. The creature smiled with satisfaction, putting the last piece of the man's heart in his mouth, he chewed it with gusto. 'It's time to visit the Saharans and show them who I am,' he thought. No more hiding in the darkness, he can have his vengeance and he will be the king of all.
