Let's Try This Again

Ally's point of view.

I woke up to a pitch black room. I immediately started to panic. Was it all a dream? The arms around me tightened, and I could feel a body underneath me. I lifted my head to see Normani's beautiful face. She was still sleeping. I smiled. This was real. I didn't dream that I found Normani. My suite had a digital clock on the night stand. The time read twelve a.m. We have been sleep for a few hours. I needed to take a long, hot shower. I kissed her cheek. Then got off of her. I heard her whimper. She had a pout on her lips. I couldn't help it. I pecked her lips which seemed to satisfy her because she rolled onto her stomach. I could hear her light snores.

I grabbed my phone from my purse. I texted Megan and Keke an update. They are coming tomorrow to see Normani. I walked into the bathroom, and brushed my teeth. I started the water for the water for the shower and gathered my stuff for the shower. The water felt so good on my skin. I closed my eyes and let the water run over me. I heard Normani enter and go about her nightly routine. I opened the shower door just enough to fit my head through. "Did I wake you?"

Normani shook her head. She was standing at the sink washing her hands. "No, I had to pee." She cut the water off.

"Okay. Your tooth brush is in the holder." I smiled.

"Thanks!" She grabbed the toothbrush that looked exactly like the one she had in her room.

I saw her stare at it for a few seconds before shaking her head. She had definitely noticed that it was a possibility that it was her actual tooth brush. Not one that I bought for her. Even as she was brushing her teeth, her eyebrows were furrowed. I decided to confirm her suspicion. "Your skin and hair products are in the cabinet. Your clothes and shoes are in the closet." I may or may not had checked her out of her room when it was confirmed that she was here.

She looked at me puzzled. "How? How did you do that? How did you know I was here?"

I cut the water off because at this point, I was just wasting water. Water that I am paying for. "I own the place. Well, technically, Hernandez Enterprises owns this place. Now that I am officially the CEO...." I trailed off because she got the point.

She spat out the tooth paste. "Wow! Out of all of the resorts in this country, I go to the one owned by you." She looked really shocked which was hilarious to me.

"To be fair, my family owns a lot of resorts here. You would have had better luck getting an air bnb." I admitted.

She rinsed her mouth out. "Damn! How rich are you now?"

I laughed out loud. I was making great money as the chief medical examiner. What I make now makes those checks look like chump change. "Very." I held my hand out to her. "And I have no one to spoil." I pouted.

She took my hand and playfully rolled her eyes. "Allyson, we have been through this. I am not letting you waste your money on me."

I opened the door wider and pulled her in. "Yes, you will." I closed the door. "I will spend my money however I please, and nothing is going to stop me."

She huffed, placing her hands on my shoulders. "Ally, no."

"Normani, yes." I pulled her closer to me. "We are on vacation. We can argue about this later." I kissed her jaw. "And I would rather be kissing than arguing right now."

"Yeah?" She whispered, leaning down to kiss me.

"Mhmm." I hummed before connecting our lips. Ah, I was in heaven. I could kiss her all day everyday. It didn't take long for our kiss to become passionate. My tongue was in her mouth. Her hands were teasing my nipples, causing me to get impossibly erect. I wanted her more than anything. More than the air I breathed. I needed to hear her moaning my name as I make her feel good.
