June 17th, Friday - 3rd Day

As usual, Roseanne's day started with breakfast, lovingly prepared by Park Jimin. This time, the latter had even joined her for her usual morning Yoga before making breakfast for her.

In fact, Park Jimin had left his home at Lotte and moved into Roseanne's apartment building. He moved into a one-bedroom apartment that was two floors below Roseanne overnight. Even though this new apartment was smaller and it didn't give him a magnificent view of the city he was used to seeing when he was living in the highest floor of Lotte World Tower, the latter happily exchanged all that in order to be closer to Roseanne.

While this move actually surprised Roseanne a bit, she also felt that the move was sensible since Park Jimin kept insisting on serving her. It would be more convenient for him to take care of her needs when he's actually living closer to her.

After having breakfast together with Roseanne, Park Jimin immediately left for work, leaving Roseanne to work from home with Lia. As the CEO of a conglomerate with many subsidiaries, Roseanne was an extremely busy person. She would be especially busy during the end of each quarter where there would be many reports to go through and meetings to attend. Moreover, being in South Korea while managing a company based in London had been rather challenging for her due to the time difference.

"Alright, I like this idea... call Mr. Beau, I want to talk to him later today," Roseanne instructed Lia while looking at the designs in front of her. "Any news from the Arisons?"

"Mrs. Arison was seen talking to someone from a media company. Apparently, Mrs. Arison wants to appear as a guest in a cooking talk show."

"Cooking, huh..." Roseanne made a deliberate pause. "Continue to watch her every move," she said, picking up her phone when she heard a message notification.

Roseanne furrowed her brow as she read the text. [You're so pretty, I forgot what I was going to say.] Who else would send her a text message like this other than Park Jimin? What a weird man.

[Roseanne: So, I have been told]

Not even a minute passed and she receive another message notification.

[Park Jimin: A woman like you deserve the world. I know that I can't give that to you but I can give you the next best thing: my world.]

"Seriously?" Roseanne thought out loud before typing a reply.

[Roseanne: Thank you but please take a number and wait in line.]

[Park Jimin: There is no line. If there is, tell me where, so that I can obliterate the competition.]

[Roseanne: Crazy spotted (*￣m￣) ]

[Park Jimin: Only for you, my Rose. Pack up some clothes for a trip. I want to take you somewhere.]

Before Roseanne could reply another text message arrived.

[Park Jimin: See you later my Rose, I have another meeting.]

Roseanne put her phone down as she narrowed her eyes at her laptop. Where the hell did that man get her number? However, before she could ask her secretary if she had given Park Jimin her number, her phone buzzed once again. She picked up her phone and opened the message which made her deadpanned. It was a selfie of Park Jimin blowing kisses.

Roseanne locked her phone and turn it off immediately. This man was really making her speechless ah. How could he be like this?

Annoyed, she rose from her chair and got herself a bottle of water to 'cool' herself down. She was planning to take her time to show the man her worst but how could even start to do that when she had been so busy working?

Roseanne let out a sigh before she massaged her temples. So many things to do, so little time. "Lia, do you have the file that I asked you to compile months ago? The one about the Kang family?"

"Yes, president, I could print it out if you want to."

"Just send it to my email. It's been so long... I need to collect the interest of their debt," she said as she closed her eyes. She promised her paternal grandmother not to touch the Li family unless they touched her. But she did not promise not to touch others, especially the ones who were responsible for her misery.

June 17th, Friday - 3rd Day – 2021hrs, Seoul

"Hey, are you ready?" Park Jimin barged into her small office with a smile which irritated Roseanne. She glared at the man who was wearing a casual light blue shirt paired with white shorts and white sneakers.

"Ready for what?" she asked

"Never mind, let's go," Park Jimin said before he held out one hand towards Roseanne. Seeing as Roseanne merely stared at his outstretched hand with no sign of moving, he added, "Come on, it's just one weekend. You deserve a break."

"I have a..."

"You don't have any urgent meetings or conference. I already checked with Lia. Let's go." he said. He was hoping Roseanne would put her hand in his but she didn't. Well, it was not like he expected that Roseanne to soften up to him in just three days. It would be out of her character if she did!

"Where are we going?"

"It's a surprise," he said mysteriously.

"I hate surprises."

"You will love this one." Park Jimin beamed.

"Alright, If I don't like this then you can also say goodbye to this whole wooing thing," she said. She thought that she should take advantage of this trip to show him her 'true' colors. "I need to pack first."

"I already did for you."

"Im sorry, what?"

"Oh... I did not go into your room or anything, I just had my secretary bought everything that you might need," Park Jimin was quick to explain.

"Alright, I will just grab my toiletries and we can go," she answered.

At 2100hrs, Roseanne and Park Jimin boarded a private plane.

"Alright, can you tell me where are we going now?" Roseanne asked.

"Japan," he answered as he poured a glass of bourbon for himself. "Want some?"

"Not my type of whisky," she answered.

"Champagne then?"

"Yes please," she said. "Why are we going to Japan?"

"I want to show you something. Have you been to Japan?" he asked while pouring Roseanne a glass of champagne.

"No," she answered, accepting the champagne. Roseanne instantly downed the glass as an evil glint flashed in her eyes. This trip would be her chance to put on her worst behavior to show him. But first, she would need to convince him to sell her his shares in Li Enterprises.
