"Good evening," Roseanne started. "First and foremost, I want to thank everyone for attending this event." She made a deliberate pause as her gaze drifted towards the crowd. Her eyes went straight to the Li and Kang's table. She then gave them a meaningful smile before shifting her gaze to the other people in front of her.

"As already mentioned, my name is Roseanne Anne Park and I am the CEO of the Anne Group. In Europe, businessmen considered me to be someone of nobility, but that nobility did not come from my blood or from chivalry. It came from being ruthless in the business world. It came from being tough. I was abrupt in my decisions, stubborn, and hard headed. I am a woman and in the business world, women are considered inferior but that did not intimidate me because I learned from the best. I learned from my grandmother, Lily Anne." Loud applause resounded as Roseanne paused again as she looked at everyone, the same smile still plastered on her face.

Roseanne is a proud Anne. She is proud that she is Lily's granddaughter and prodigy. Then, for some reason, her eyes shifted towards Park Jimin. Her husband was also clapping his hands, his head held high and a smile was on his face - but who could miss his dazzling gaze that was full of pride? Roseanne quickly averted her gaze to the other guests. His proud smile was making her giggle ah. She can't giggle at an event like this.

"The status of the Anne Group right now did not come from a pie in the sky. My grandmother did not pick it up somewhere and give it to me. She worked her ass off and made the Anne Group one of the most prominent companies in Europe and then I worked my ass off to make it what it is today," she continued. "It was not a one-night effort. It took years and years of mistakes, planning, losing and winning. It took not just one person to create all of this but tens and hundreds of hardworking and brilliant minds."

However, before Roseanne could continue, soft music interrupted her before flashes of images were displayed behind Roseanne.

Some people were quick to cover their mouths in shock, some faces reddened while some businessmen furrowed their brows. In front of them were images of a young Roseanne Anne dancing and being intimate with a man.

"Turn it off." It was J Hope. He was the first to rise from his seat. His expression was extremely ugly. Meanwhile, Park Jimin's face became stern. He looked at Roseanne who just stared at him in return, her eyes full of mirth. Roseanne quickly held her hands out towards J Hope as her lips slowly turned upwards into an enchanting smile.

Park Jimin raised an eyebrow at Roseanne. She had never smiled at him like that! In fact, this was the first time that he had witnessed this kind of smile. Despite the charm that Roseanne was showing right now, Park Jimin and everyone else could not deny that this smile was devoid of any humor. Her eyes were full of malice. The smile that Roseanne wore right now was beautiful... so beautiful that it was almost predatory.

"Don't turn it off. I want to see everything," Roseanne uttered. Her mellow voice had earned a lot of raised eyebrows from everyone. How was she so calm? Was this a part of her plan?

After seeing Roseanne's calm demeanor, some businessmen who were scowling immediately calmed down. If the person in the images was so calm, then this could only mean that either she planned all of this or she knew how to solve the current issue.

Tang Ling on the other hand was showing a very shocked expression, her eyes opened wide while her hand was on her mouth. Of course, some people at the same table such as Yang Lina and Kang Daniel already knew that she was the culprit behind those images. A normal bystander, however, would merely think that the current Tang Ling was extremely surprised while watching the images.

But Tang Ling miscalculated. Li Jung Wang, who was sitting next to her, already had his brows furrowed while thinking about Tang Ling's statement a while ago. A surprise for him? Only a fool would not be able to deduce that this was the surprise that she was talking about.
