"FUCK YOU MEAN THEY CHANGED IT TO DECEMBER 23RD?" Kay yelled at his lawyer.

Kay was currently on a jail call with his lawyer going back and fourth about the change of his court date that was recently changed from December 1 to December 23.

The whole month of October wasn't going good for Kay so far either even though the month wasn't even finished yet.

Kay was going through a lot and stressing like crazy. He was in prison, his girlfriend/ baby mother broke up with him, his ex girlfriend came out of nowhere saying that he's expecting a child from her, his baby mother got shot three times in the car he brought her for her 19th birthday, his opps is after her just like one of her friends, and finally he was getting news that they changed his court date.

"I'm sorry Kevin, but I don't make the decisions. The court does" Kay's lawyer tried his best to get enough information as possible before the 23rd of December hits. It turned out that Oscar Hernandez was actually an OY member and had a gun on him as well so Kay might actually win the case.

The only thing was Oscar had no idea of using his gun.

"What time it startin'?" asked Kay, "Friday morning at 10:30 A.M" Kay's lawyer reassured him.

Within' that Kay hung up the phone without saying another word to his lawyer. Kay was literally fed up with everything and everyone at the moment.

Kay sat in his cell thinking about what was supposed posted on Sha Gz story. Why would he want to hurt Justine and why the fuck did he know about her?

"We boom pregnant bitches nothing nigga. I swear I'm killing that nigga Sha when I come out" he mumbled to himself.

Kay was going through enough with all the foolishness that was going on in his life and couldn't stand it a bit.

Justine's POV:

"So you still fucking wit Kay?" Maliyah asked me as we sat down on my sofa eating cooked Sushi. Due to me being pregnant I couldn't eat it raw.

"Hell no. I'm literally on crutches because of that nigga. Ion want nothing to do with him"

"girl you can't be serious right now. That man told you to stay ya ass home and you did exactly that. He told you to cancel all your runways and photoshoots and you did exactly that Justine. I know you still got some feelings for him" I sighed at the thought that I still might actually have feelings for Kay.

"You could say whateva you want Maliyah, but what I do know is that he only said those things to me for my safety. That's all. I don't wanna be a target for his opps anymore" Maliyah just shooked her head at me before changing the subject about Kay.

"Sooooo what's up with you and Jenn? I heard she was the first person you called after getting shot three times. You know I still exist right? you dating ha or sumn?"

"hell no girl ya ass know good and damn well I do not swing that way, buuut" I said dragging the 'u' while Maliyah's eyes just popped open.

"what you mean 'but'? you got something you wanna tell me Justine Pa-I kissed Jenn ight?"

Maliyah just looked at me with no emotion.

"I mean like she kissed me first, but I went in until I realized what was goin' on and who I was with at the time"
