Chapter 23: Yo Kay Kay, You Good?

Justine's POV:

"Well I don't know what you want me to do. You said back in July that you wanted his nickname to be Kai so you come up with the first name nigga" I said on the phone while I was making myself some breakfast.

I was currently on the phone with Kay as we was going back and fourth about the name of our son.

"bro I'm trying aight? why can't we just name him Kai Perez?"

"hell nah, I ain't feelin that" I said as we both just started chuckling.

Me and Kay have been on the phone for about 10 minutes just chatting and catching up.

I swear I hated this nigga like 2 or 3 weeks ago.

"fuck it, I'll think about the name later, but for right now how you been feelin? you aight ma?" Kay had asked me. His voice had gotten a little deep while he's been locked up and I've been noticing it a lot lately.

"I've been good. Just really damn bored cause of yo ass" I told him mumbling the last part while softly chuckling. I could hear him sigh by taking a deep breath in and a deep breath out. "here you go with this shit again"

"why would I be ova it? Me and ya sons life was in danger Kay"

"yo word 2 we've been on hea chattin' and havin' a good time until you ruined it with ya bullshit. Why can't ya ass just stay happy for a moment nigga? I'm tired of ya ass just blaming shit on me for no fucking reason"

I just rolled my eyes and sighed on the phone before changing the subject to something else, "when was the last time you talked to Mya stalking ass?" I said while laughing on the phone.

his line went quiet for a while.

"yo what you mean?"

"I mean that bitch been stalkin my stories and liking my posts of me showin' off my bump and shit. That bitch mad weird. Ion know how you cheated on me wit that respectfully" I said as we both shared a laugh. Kay was laughing a little too hard though, I don't know what was going on with him.

He was acting I don't know........ weird.

And this was ever since I mentioned ha.

"Yo Kay Kay you good?"

"yea I'm aight, just block ha for me , but I gotta go so I'ma talk to you later ight? love you"

Kay hanged up the phone instantly before I could've said anything else to him.

I'm officially 7 months pregnant and can't wait to give birth. I've also been keeping contact with Dougie and talking to him a lot since he finally remembered my number and have been calling and talking to me to what felt like everyday right after speaking to Maliyah.

Dougie talked to me about what's been going on while he's in prison and he mentioned that he'll be out soon. They changed his court date to tomorrow at 9:30 in the morning so I'll be attending along with Maliyah, Blu, Setty, and Love.

Mali can't stop gettin' in trouble wit the law so that nigga on probation meaning his ass can't come join us.

I've also haven't heard from Nas so I don't even know if he'll be joinin' us tomorrow.

The last time I saw him was at the shower, so it's been 3 months since I've been in contact with him.

I don't know what happened with him but when I see Love or Blu I'll just ask them what's been going on. But let's just hope it's not what I think it is though.
