"The guy you talked to is probably Lyanna's brother. And he heard the whole story from her. He just wanted to talk to you, maybe find out more about him," Leah said. "So he's with Thomas now. Why didn't anyone tell me about this brother of Lyanna's?" asks Sarah. "I heard about it from the steward. So I guess no one knew. But we need to find Thomas and Lyanna's brother now," Leah said. "Where on earth could they be?" asks Sarah. "You know where Thomas lives, right?" asks Leah. "Yeah, sure," Sarah said. "Then take us to his house," Leah said. "Okay," Sarah says.
Sarah and Leah drive to the house where Thomas currently lives. They are both very nervous and Sarah has no idea what is going to happen. Moments later, they park the car in front of the house. They sit for a while before getting out of the car and walking to the front door. When Sarah goes to ring the doorbell, Leah sees that the door is still slightly open. They both go in and see Lyanna's brother hitting on Thomas. They quickly run over and pull them apart. Thomas has bruises and a bloody nose. Sarah pulls Lyanna's brother off of Thomas.
"This is not the answer. I understand you want to hit him harder, but that will only get you into more trouble," Sarah said. "He attacked my sister, he needs to be punished," he says. "But not like this. He should go to jail. Not you. I wanted to do that too, but I knew it would only hurt Lyanna more if I went to jail," Sarah said. "You are right. I don't want you to be right," he says.
Sarah hugs him and he bursts into tears. It is very difficult for him. Thomas has hurt his sister and he cannot bear it. But he also has to let her go. If Lyanna wants Thomas to go to prison, she has to make that decision for herself. And he understands that now, but it hurts him terribly.
"I guess I haven't introduced myself properly. I'm Oliver. I'm Lyanna's older brother," Oliver said. "I'm Sarah. I'm Lyanna's colleague and friend," Sarah said. "So you are her new lover. I have heard many good things about you from Lyanna," Oliver said. "That's good to hear," Sarah said. "Shall we meet again sometime to get to know each other better?" asks Oliver. "Yeah, that sounds good," Sarah says. "Just put your number in my phone and we can talk about a date, time and place," Oliver says.
Sarah types her number into his phone. She then tells him that it would be better if he just went home now. So Oliver goes home and Sarah goes to talk to Leah some more.
"How's he doing?" asks Sarah. "Well, fine. He has a few bruises and some blood, but he can take care of himself," Leah said. "Then let's get out of here," Sarah said. "Okay, I still have to go to school, so can you drop me off there?" asked Leah. "Sure, I'll stop by the school too. I need to talk to another French teacher about something," Sarah said. "We do. Then let's go back to school," Leah said.
Leah and Sarah go back to school and then both go somewhere else. Sarah goes to look for Taylor because she thinks she should know. After looking for a while, Sarah finally found Taylor. Taylor was sitting in a classroom doing some work. Sarah entered the classroom and pulled up a chair next to Taylor's desk.
"Hey Sarah, what's up?" asked Taylor. "I have to tell you something, but you can't tell Lyanna. Am I clear?" asks Sarah. "What are you doing, weird. But okay, I won't tell Lyanna. Just tell her," Taylor says. "Okay, it's like that," Sarah said.
Sarah tells Taylor all about Oliver and Thomas. About the beating and everything. And Taylor is in shock when she hears this. She's completely out of her mind. She tells Sarah to tell Lyanna. But Sarah told Taylor that Oliver should tell her because he did it. And Taylor agreed. But she still thought Lyanna should know as soon as possible.
"Keep me posted, Sarah. If you know anything else, please tell me," Taylor said. "Sure Taylor, if you do too. If you hear anything, please let me know," Sarah said. "I will," Taylor said. "I'll be off. Lyanna's almost done with work, so go wait for her in the teachers' room in a minute," Sarah said. "Good luck. And talk to you later," Taylor said. "Bye Taylor," Sarah said.
Sarah goes back downstairs to wait for Lyanna. A few minutes later, Lyanna comes in. She is overjoyed to see Sarah sitting there. She walks over and gives her a hug. Then they grab Lyanna's coat and go to the car. They get in and drive home. When they get home, there is someone at the front door. Lyanna asks Sarah who is at the door. When Sarah looks, she sees who it is.
