Sarah and Lyanna are on their way back to the school. They had both just left there and then they had to go right back. So much had happened at school today that they didn't feel like any more bullshit. When Lyanna asked Jackson why he wanted to talk to her, she really didn't know why he wanted to do that. It could be any number of things. So they are both very curious, but also a little scared. Forty minutes later, they arrived back at school. They put their coats in their lockers and then went to Jackson's office. They walked up the stairs quietly so that they could delay the conversation a bit. They were both really looking forward to it. Before they went to the office, they both went to the bathroom. They talked and kissed some more, and then they went to Jackson's anyway. Sarah knocked on the door and Jackson said they could come in.
"Hello Sarah and Lyanna, come sit down," Jackson said.
Jackson sat on one side of the table and Sarah and Lyanna sat on the other. Jackson looks at them very cheerfully, with a smile. Lyanna finds it a little creepy. And then Jackson begins to talk.
"Well ladies, did you happen to arrive at the same time?" asks Jackson. "No Jackson, Sarah was with me because we were chilling together. So it's not a coincidence," Lyanna says irritated. "Oh okay. Well, I told you already, I want to talk to you about something. And it has to do with you, but it also has to do with two students and they'll be here soon too, but they'll be a little later," Jackson said. "It must be Ellie and Hailey again," Sarah said. "Yes, of course it has to be them," Lyanna said. "How do you know?" asks Jackson. "Those two girls have something against us. They always disrupt our classes," Sarah said. "Then you should have told me, Sarah. Then I could have done something about it," Jackson says. "No Jackson. Sometimes it's best to ignore them. If I went to you, it would just make it worse. I know Ellie and Hailey," Sarah said. "She's right. They will take it out on us. If we say anything to anyone, those two won't be able to act normal with us," Lyanna said. "So I didn't know about this. But I will ignore it as much as I can. Because you want me to," Jackson said. "That would be nice, Jackson," Sarah said.
Moments later, Ellie and Hailey enter the office. They keep wanting to look in the direction of Sarah and Lyanna, but every time they do, they look at them in a very strange way. They both look nervous. And Jackson notices that too. They both sit on a chair in the office.
"Hello ladies, thank you for coming," Jackson says.
Sarah and Lyanna keep trying to look at Ellie and Hailey, but they keep looking away. Sarah thinks at one point that Ellie and Hailey are afraid of them. And Lyanna notices that as well. They all think it's a bit of a strange situation. All four have no idea what is going on, but they have their ideas.
"Now, ladies, I have not yet told you why you are here. But you will in a moment. You see, I was talking to a teacher and I heard that Ellie and Hailey were spreading a gossip about Sarah and Lyanna. And it was about Sarah and Lyanna kissing. So I want an explanation from both of them," Jackson said. "What, did you do that?" asks Lyanna. "Oh, you didn't know. Sorry Lyanna," Jackson says. "Yes, Lyanna, we did. You shouldn't make out at school. Do it at home," Hailey says. "Calm down ladies. Just both of you tell your side of the story. I want to hear from Ellie and Sarah," Jackson says. "What should I say? You already know everything. We were walking around and then we saw these two kissing," Ellie said. "Thanks for the explanation. So you just happened to be walking by?" asked Jackson. "Yes, sir. We walk around the school quite a bit," Ellie says. "Okay, thanks ladies, you and Daisy can wait in the next room for a while," Jackson says. "Okay," Ellie and Hailey say.
Hailey and Ellie walk out of the classroom to find Daisy waiting for them. She takes them into a classroom and goes to talk to them some more. Meanwhile, Sarah and Lyanna are still a little panicked. What is going to happen? This is a question running through their minds. You don't know what Jackson's reaction will be. It's just very difficult.
"I don't want to define your relationship, Sarah, but you just got divorced. Aren't things moving a little too fast?" asks Jackson. "No Jackson. Thomas and I didn't get along for a long time. We barely talked and he was manipulative. I also cheated on him during our marriage, twice. And Lyanna and I are very happy together, so why do I have to wait?" asks Sarah. "I get it, I'm not getting involved. But you put yourself in a bad position. Ellie and Hailey told two students that you kissed, and the next day everyone knew," Jackson says. "So what's the problem, Jackson?" asks Lyanna. "I don't want two teachers dating here at school. It just gets you in trouble," Jackson says. "Is it because we're two women, because we're lesbians? Because I know more people who date while they both work here at the school," Lyanna said. "Not Lyanna, of course," Lyanna said. "It seems to be Jackson. That can't be right," Sarah said. "Let's make a deal. You can keep working here and dating, but you have to keep it a secret from the students that you are together," Jackson said. "So we have to lie to our students?" asks Lyanna. "About this, yes. And try to hide it as much as possible," Jackson says. "We'll try," says Sarah. "Thank you, Sarah and Lyanna. We're going over to Daisy's for a while to go over the last few things with Ellie and Hailey," Jackson said.
Jackson, Sarah and Lyanna go into the classroom where the others are sitting. Jackson tells them that it was a misunderstanding and that everything is fine. And Jackson thinks that Ellie and Hailey will believe him. But Lyanna, Sarah and Daisy know better. Who, of course, know that those two don't suddenly think their relationship is fake. Jackson thinks the situation is resolved, but this is still an obstacle for Lyanna and Sarah. But they will fight for it. Ellie and Hailey don't stand a chance.
