"Pleased to make youh acquaintance, Miz Culpeppuh. Rayvenna, Cuvuh, and Audrey Willowbrook, ouh assistant," I motioned to each of us.
Eira struck out her left hand and took it, finding it to be strapping for a murse.
"It's a pleasure, you and your colleagues are an absolute godsend. If you'll excuse me, it's past my bedtime. Birdie will escourt you to the front desk to retrieve your hotel packets."
"Of course, ba-"
"Wait a tick! Aren't ya gonna lay out the pook," Carver raised a hand.
"Tomorow without a doubt, it's fifty o'clock and time to hibernate. I'll give you the scoop at noon night."
"Which is," Audrey slipped a jotter and pen from her purse.
"Twelve on the dot," Eira winked before sauntering away.
"Midnight, midnight! Like ten, eleven, twelve, midnight," Carver ticked off his fingers.
"Bob's your uncle, Eira called over her shoulder.
"Follow me, tophers," Birdie gestured as if she were a crossing guard, and we followed her like pigs to slaughter.
At the elevator Birdie turned her arm revealing a black barcode on her wrist. She placed it under a miniature blow dryer shaped device. A red light scanned the barcode and the elevator doors opened. I glanced at Carver and saw his mouth was agape with curiosity.
"GREETINGS BIRDIE TERPINTINE. PLEASE SELECT A FLOOR."
Birdie selected the lobby on the holographic screen and the doors closed.
"YOU'VE SELECTED THE LOBBY. ARRIVAL TIME ESTIMATED: TWO MINUTES."
"So, what's in the hotel packs?" Audrey broke the silence.
"It contains a NDA, list of the city's regulations, and a water proof barcode sticker."
"DINGGGG!"
"YOU'VE ARRIVED AT THE LOBBY. ENJOY THE AMENITIES."
We exited and followed Birdie towards the single marble counter. Where a tall brunette stood behind in a red uniform.
"Ambrosia."
"How may I assist you miz Terpintine?"
"We require three hotel packs for our three guests." Birdie motioned to us as we were behind her.
"A moment, please." The girl smiled and ducked downward.
She reappeared with three tablets, and a sheet with those barcode stickers.
"If each of you would enter your email addresses, Amy Inez, or AI will send you links for the NDA." Ambrosia explained as she booted all three tablets.
Birdie moved off to the side and we each entered our email addresses. From there we opened our e-mails and tapped the link to the NDA. I scrolled through it and gave my electronic signature. After we'd signed Ambrosia handed us the square sheets of the sticker.
"These are your barcode, used to enter the hotel, the elevator, and commerce. The sticker is water proof and heat resistant. So please do not remove or pick at the corners. You're all set, enjoy your stay Bloomington party." Ambrosia smiled as she dismissed us.
"I'll show you to your floor and suite numbers." Birdie motioned towards the elevator.

NOONTIME....
After I'd fixed the electrical glass to a glaze, I decided to check in with dad. I skimmed my cell for his name and tapped it. As it rang I hoped to God I wasn't bombarding his private time with my smarmot. As he will surely go into detail of what I was interrupting. You could say he's an over divulger.
