[DIA] (BFDI x II) A Black Hole living on Earth

To the Zoo 2!

Normal P.O.V:

Death P.A.C.T. continues onward through the Zoo and stop at the cheetah enclosure to see one of the cheetahs and her cubs.

Bottle: Aww! Baby kitties!

Black Hole: Don't pass the fence this time Lightning.

Lightning: I won't. I'll just have to settle with zooming in.

Lightning focuses his camera on the cubs and despite them playing around half the time managed to get a good shot of them. The mother then picks one of them up with her mouth and starts licking him.

Black Hole: What is she doing?

Liy: Cleaning her cubs. NAH UH UH! Don't you dare Pillow!

Liy tugs on the leash pulling Pillow away from fence.

Liy: See the sign? We're not allowed to give the animals food.

Pillow: Doesn't say that to me.

Liy: Yeah, well you're illiterate.

The group then hears a scream-like call and turn to find a large shiny blue bird walking by them.

Black Hole: That's one big pigeon.

Tree: No Black Hole, that's a peacock. The males have big colorful tail feathers for attracting mates.

As Tree continues info dumping about peacocks one of them opens his tail feathers revealing the extravagant plumage he carries and struts around knowing that Death P.A.C.T. is looking at him.

Lightning: Cool! *snap*

Later on the group went through a hallway where reptiles are raised and stops at one of the snakes. Black Hole had his hands at the glass watching the python's every move fascinated.

Lightbulb: Hiya Death P.A.C.T. You came to this zoo too huh?

Liy: Yeah, actually what are you here for?

Lightbulb: Baxter and I love to see the fanny animals, like this guy. How do you even move without limbs? *laughs* Silly snake.

Remote: Hey, where's Pen?

Tree: He didn't come in with us. I think he finds snakes unsettling or something.

Black Hole: These beautiful creatures, unsettling? Just look at him, this earth critter just might be the coolest one I've seen yet!

Lightbulb: You like snakes huh Black Hole?  How about you get one of your own as a pet. 

Black Hole: Snakes can be pets?

Lightbulb: Yep!

Black Hole: Well, it's a fun idea but... I've told this to Tree already but I don't think any animal I get would be safe around me, y'know..

Lightbulb stares vacant for a moment before finally processing what Black Hole was implying.

Lightbulb: Ooh, well it's okay. I'm sure you'll find the right pet for you if you ever do plan on getting one. Well Baxter and I are off to the gift shop later!

After getting some grub the group then went to see the turtles.

Pie: Y'know what I like about tortoises?

Bottle: They have pretty shells?

Pillow: They hold the universe on their backs?

Black Hole: (wat?)

Pie: They're simple and take their time, not bothering to rush. Like me.

Liy: A tortoise would be your spirit animal Pie.

They then look over at a lake that acts as a home to some otters. Pen and Marker splashed their hands in the water a little bit in hopes to get one to come closer to them.

Tree: You guys do realize that never works right?

Marker: Aww.

Remote: Wait it doesn't?

Finally Death P.A.C.T. heads over to the gift shop before leaving. The group split up a little to find something they like.

Tree: Hm, "1,000 Safari jokes", That's about 800 more than I thought it would be.

Black Hole and Remote both look around the plushies, Remote grabs a grey wolf plush while Black Hole picks up a zebra and a fennec fox.

Remote: Zippy will love his new playmate.

Black Hole: I bet he will.

Pie chooses between two zoo t-shirts while Liy gets a 1,000 piece puzzle. Fanny gets a seal plushie and grabs a bag of chips.

Lighting: Cute plushie Fanny, I take it you like seals?

Fanny: It's not for me! It's.. for someone else..

Lighting: Oh.. ok.

Marker: I got plushies for my friends too!

The club checked out and made their separate ways home.
