Winner & Loser

Black Hole's P.O.V:

Tree and I go inside the school building together talking about the movie we saw, when a crowd can be seen and heard down the same hall obscuring just about everywhere, just about everyone I have ever met and yet to meet was gathered there and they seem to be wildly cheering and chanting something I'm left with a lot of confusion Tree on the other hand seemed to have caught wind of what this means and is getting excited.

Black Hole: What are they cheering about?

Tree: You don't know? It's Loser!

Black Hole: You mean the guy Fan said was in Sprit Trackers: Reincarnet?

A fairly bright light is emitted out of the crowd and a new person emerges, this person looks to be an ivory cube with a beige color and golden glow but if anything they might just be a new substance of their own, this person wears a gold suit with gold tap shoes the only thing they wearing that not gold colored is their bow tie which is a light scarlet color (I know because Pen showed me that color), they walk our way as the crowd is still cheering.

Tree: Loser Loser say hi to me!

Loser: How do you do Tree? I take it you've seen me in the new movie too?

Tree: Uh huh, you're my hero!

I do recognize him from the movie, he was one of the main characters, all of this seems to be making him a big deal but I don't understand any of this...

Tree: Oh Loser, this is-

Loser: Vortex, it's nice to finally meet you in person.

Black Hole: You already know me??

Loser: Oh yeah, there has been talk about you for quite a while, I've heard of the good things you've done in the school and I'm impressed. Not everyone can become that well liked within their first month here. Well, I best be going I'll see you two later.

Tree: You hear that Vortex? You're popular.

Black Hole: I don't think I can handle people surrounding me like that. By the way what makes this Loser guy so cool??

That question made Tree look at me like I had lost my mind or something.

Tree: Loser is a high school celebrity, aside from his class attendance his career is extraordinary he is an actor, a performer... 

Tree proceeds to go over everything that makes him he's so great I mean I can see his personality making him rather likeable. There's many things I've said I'll never understand and I guess the concept of celebrities is one of them. Any how we part ways due to most of our separate classes.

~Time skip: Lunch~

Me and Pen sit at a secluded table by ourselves and chat, 

Pen: So.. are there any other differences between sentient black holes from regular black holes that we don't know of?

Black Hole: Besides the obvious fact of sentience, nope not really.

Pen: Oh ok, well how about your hands, your finger tips are rather pointy are they like claws or something?

Black Hole: I'm not really sure myself, they don't really scratch so.. probably not.

???: Hiya, Is it ok if I sit here?

Soon another new person (to me at least) walked up to us, much like Loser they also look to be an entirely new substance, their clothing is rather casual not much to describe but what caught my attention about them is that they have one large arm carrying their tray.

Pen: Hey there Winner, sure you can sit with us.

Winner: Nice, thanks.

They sit on the other side of us, they then grab a slice of pizza from their tray and shoves it into the side of their head.

Winner: Mm, tasty.

Black Hole: Oh.

Pen: You see Bla- I mean Vortex, I told you you're not the only one here who eats like that.

Winner: You put your food in your head to eat too?

Black Hole: well uh yea.

I glare at Pen for a slight second for almost blowing it and show Winner by tossing my tray over to my face and everything on it falls in.

Winner: Impressive.

Black Hole: So I  uh noticed you have one arm, did you used to have another or...

Winner: Oh no no, I've always had this in fact..

Winner then retracts their arm from their left sleeve and it remerges from the right sleeve.

Winner: It's a power I have as a member of my species.

Black Hole: Oh ok, also you're name's "Winner"...

Winner: Yup.

Black Hole: And there's a guy named Loser.

Winner: oh you know my friend Loser?

Black Hole: Yeah I met him, how do you know him?

Winner: Well we used to be a famous duo, there wasn't anything we haven't done together. 

"Winner & Loser" yeah I can actually see that.

Pen: Y'know I've always wondered, how come it's just Loser now Winner?

Winner: Oh that rather simple, while the praise was nice for a time the famous life just didn't seem for me y'know, so I just stepped down.

Pen: Oh I see..

Winner: I did get Loser's consents on my choice to, and he was ok with me wanting to go since he noticed I've uncomfortable for a bit. And since then he's taken the rest of the road solo. Honestly I'm happy for him, we still keep in touch to whenever he's on tour.

Black Hole: Well I'm glad to hear that your choices don't get in the way of your friendship.
