For the rest of day, Luz had no visitors and only interacted with the healer that came to check on her every couple of hours.

"Alright, Ms. Noceda, your charts are looking fine but we'd like you to stay overnight for observation, is that alright?" The healer asked, getting a simple nod from the girl as she stared at the window.

She couldn't help but wonder what was going on with her former friends and Ex's. Speaking of, Boscha and Amity were discussing this with the Triplet parents.

"So... you dumped Luz?" Elizabeth asked.

"Yeah." Boscha said.

"That's... horrible." Elizabeth said, "She's... you just left her? Boscha, she has NO ONE, not a single person is here to take care of her, and she has no way back to the Human Realm. How could you just give up on her?"

"You think I had any choice? Mom, she went on a warpath! Killed dozens of Emperor's Coven member, tried to go after Belos and she was willing to fight us just to get to him! We tried talking her out of it but Luz was too stubborn!" Boscha said, stomping her foot a bit. "She wouldn't listen to reason! Amity LITERALLY had to stab her in the back to stop her!"

"It's called grief, she's lost a lot of people." Elizabeth said, "Tell me, if your father died when he was taken, what would you do?"

"I... I..."

Boscha sat back down. Her mom was right, if her dad died that day, she would stop at nothing to right that wrong.

"Please, just give her some time to calm down and then talk to her." Elizabeth said, "A person blinded by guilt and grief are often different than the person they were before. I know Luz, this is NOT the real her, this is a person that has lost so much that she doesn't know what else to do. Breaking up with her while she's in such a fragile state both physically, mentally, and emotionally is only going to do more damage, and I don't mean damage to her."

"I don't know what you're talking about." Boscha mumbled.

"You love her, you can hide that all you want, but breaking up with her was the hardest thing you've ever done, isn't it?"

Boscha didn't say anything as she clenched her hand against her shirt, looking away from her mother.

"I...Yes. It was." Boscha said, trying not to cry. "I HATED doing that."

"To yourself and to Luz, right?" Elizabeth asked, turning to Amity. "Do you feel the same way, Amity?"

"Y-Yes. I do." Amity said.

"You girls need to realize, pushing away from Luz, is the worst thing to do." Mavic said, "She's in a bad place mentally, and she needs someone to help her out of it."

"We don't like what she was doing either, it was dangerous and stupid, but you need to look at it from her eyes. Five people she knew were killed because of Belos within the span of a month, she has no way home, because she sacrificed the portal to protect her home and save Eda. She's scared and hurt. She needs to be reminded that she still has people in her life that love her, and won't leave her." Elizabeth said, "You kids are young, you make mistakes, we understand that, it's making up for those mistakes that help people progress in life. Now, let's get some sleep, and give Luz some time to think, as well as give you some time to think. Tomorrow we'll go see her and talk."

"And we are going to make sure she knows she has a place to call home for as long as she needs. Understand?" Mavic said to them.

"Yes, mom and dad./Mr. and Mrs. Triplet." Boscha and Amity said, heading to the former's room for the night.

As they slept, they both had nothing but the same dream of what happened at the healing center. Seeing Luz with a betrayed and heartbroken expression on her face while trying to not cry before turning away from them.

'Then go.'

'Leave me like everyone else has.'

'I said go! If you don't want to be with me anymore, then you can just leave and never come back!'

What happened, they were such a great throuple, rarely got into arguments, never had a date that didn't end in disaster. Now they are all just confused and don't know what's next for their future. They just hope they can work this out.
