𝐋𝐄𝐎 𝐏𝐑𝐀𝐂𝐓𝐈𝐂𝐀𝐋𝐋𝐘 drug Kai through the woods to get to the armory so he could see how bad Kai's gunshot was. The Grimes boy was barley even paying attention to where they were going he's just letting it happen.

"We're almost there, Kai... Hold on." Leo muttered fixing his hold on Jackass' carrier.

Kai said nothing, he only stared at the ground as he allowed Leo to pull him through the woods. Finally they got to the armory and Leo let go of Kai's arm and quickly ran to the door. He quickly opened it and sat Jackass down on the inside.

He looked back at Kai. "Get inside." He nodded towards the door.

Kai looked up from the ground and sighed before slowly walking into the armory. Leo followed him in, shutting the door. "Sit." He pointed to one of the chairs at the table.

Kai stumbled over and sat down with a huff. He crossed his arms and his eyes go to the wall.
Leo walked over to the corner of the room and started rummaging through some of the boxes. "Ah-hah." He smiled finding the first aid kit.

He walked over to Kai and started looking at his shoulder. He winced slightly and an annoyed sigh left his nose. "Bullet didn't go all the way through." He said, shaking his head.

He turned and sat the first aid kit down on the table. He then started going through it trying to find some tweezers. "Shit." He muttered moving things around having no luck in finding any tweezers.

"What?" Kai muttered not looking at Leo.

Leo huffed. "there's no tweezers or anything I can use to take the bullet out with."

"The bullet is still in me?" Kai asked tilting his head.

Leo looked back at him. "Have you been listening to anything I've said... At all?" He asked, wide eyed.

The blond boy shrugged "sorry." He muttered biting his lip.

Leo shook his head and puffed out his cheeks. "I could try to pull it out with my fingers."

Kai snapped his head towards Leo. His eyes widened. "You want to put your fingers inside of me?" He asked flabbergasted.

The nineteen year old cringed at the way that sounded. "When you say it like that it sounds wrong... Just wrong." He muttered shaking his head.

Kai rolled his eyes "can't we just leave the bullet in?"

"No!" Leo gave the other boy a pointed look. "do you want to die?"

"Not exactly... No." Kai shook his head as he rubbed his left arm. He sighed. "Do what you have to, Doc."

Leo nodded and he moved his hand towards Kai's shoulder. He paused as something came to mind. "Hmmm." He moved away from Kai and pulled out his knife.

"Woah, what're you gonna do with that?" Kai asked scooting away from the older boy.

Leo tilted his head. "I'm gonna use it as a shovel to dig it out." He demonstrated, making a scooping motion with his knife.

A scoff left Kai and he shook his head. "That doesn't sound painful at all." He muttered giving Leo a sarcastic smile.

He shrugged. "sorry, Kai. This is for your own good." He told him before grabbing a roll of gauze. "Put this in your mouth."

Kai huffed taking the roll of gauze and putting it in his mouth and biting down on it. "Happy?" He asked and his voice came out muffled.

Leo squinted his eyes. "Okay." He nodded, looking away from Kai's face to look at his shoulder. "You can do this." He whispered to himself.

Hesitantly Leo pressed the tip of his knife into the gunshot hole. Kai's eyes widened and his screams came out muffeld.

"I'm sorry, I'm sorry." Leo repeated as he continued to dig the tip of his knife through Kai's shoulder. "I know it hurts. I'm sorry, man."

After a painful three minutes Leo could finally feel the bullet. "I found it!" He happily exclaimed as he moved his knife around until he could scoop the bullet out.

Once he saw the bullet surface he used his free hand and grabbed the thing. "Hell yeah." He muttered moving away from Kai.

Kai took the gauze out of his mouth and he breathed heavily. "You. Are. An asshole." He panted out trying to recover from the pain he just encountered.

Leo laughed and looked down at the bullet in his hand. "What should we do with it?" He questioned, tilting his head.

Kai thought for a second before taking it from Leo. "Souvenir." He shrugged putting the bullet into his pants pocket.

Leo nodded. "good enough for me." He said before glancing around the room and he sighed. "we should stay here tonight. We can leave out in the morning."

"And go where?" Kai asked raising an eyebrow.

"I don't know. We'll figure it out. Hopefully we'll find some of the others. They're out there somewhere." Leo responded hopeful.

Kai looked at him unconvinced. He then rolled his eyes slightly. "Whatever you say, Leo." He muttered.

𝐊𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐓𝐘𝐑𝐄𝐄𝐒𝐄 𝐆𝐎𝐓 to the train tracks to see two men fighting off some walkers and closest to Kate and Ty was someone getting eaten.

The two quickly ran over and started to help the two men. The younger man got bitten on his arm. "Christopher!" The older man yelled.

Christopher fell to the ground and Kaitlyn and Tyreese killed the two walkers that managed to get ahold of him. A gunshot came from the woods and Kate froze. A walker came up behind her and Tyreese killed it.

Kate muttered something under her breath and shook her head. Her eyes widened seeing a walker behind the older man. "Watch out!" She yelled but it was to late.

The walker sunk its teeth into the man's neck. He managed to get the walker off of him and Tyreese killed it.

"Tyreese, Kaitlyn." A familiar voice said from behind the two.

They both turn around to see Carol holding Judith with Mika and Lizzie by her side.

Kate smiled before running over and hugging the woman. Tyreese walked over and wrapped his arms around both of them. The two move away from Carol. "How'd you find us?" Ty asked.

Before she could answer the sound of the father's sobs caught their attention. "Stay here, girls." Carol told Lizzie and Mika as she, Ty and Kate walked over to the man.

"Stay on the tracks." He told the three. "That was my mistake."

"But the woods have more cover." Carol said.

The man shook his head. "No, you don't understand. There's a place up the tracks. It's safe. You can take the children there. Trust me. Please. Follow the tracks."

Tyreese grabbed Carol and Kate's arm and turned them around before going to the girl's. The five then started walking down the tracks.
